After several years of continued support and business which has included a number of custom jewelry items I can no longer recommend this company nor Eric Borcik the manager. After so many years this gentleman turned nasty after I had some concerns on the last item I ordered over a year ago. Then after waiting so long he rushed it out over two weeks not to the specifications nor design I had asked for and overcharged for the weight of white gold used though I was told by their shop assistant I was being given a great deal! Eric then proceeded in a text, a personal rant to tell me not to shop there or speak to him again as I was not welcome! The watch smith is wonderful!!! He offers a lifetime warranty on watch batteries! $25.00!! Holy moly excellent price right?? Don't worry if you loose your receipt, as he marks the inside of the watch to know he serviced it. I live out of state. Was visiting in Miramar Beach. 35 minutes away. Called for silver pricing. Was told company policy wouldn't allow them to quote silver prices over the phone. I gave them idea of what premiums I was accustomed to seeing. They told me I could only get prices if I came in. When I arrived they gave me prices. As an example, generic silver premiums were just under $6 over spot. Much higher than what I have seen. They pretty much wasted my 1 hour round trip drive to find out what they could have told me over the phone. read more

This place offers $2 under spot and sells for $12-$14 dollars over spot, and always uses the excuse of having to hold for 30 days or sometimes even 90 days (which is on a pawn item) and they will exclaim like it is a social injustice. There are many other silver dealers in the area that do not even have to think about that and will offer you better than spot and sell at a reasonable mark-up. I would go somewhere else. They will also try and sales pitch you to get into some kind of $10,000 investment thing. So just run away from this place. read more

I do not like these people at all. I had to pawn Avery, very expensive piece of jewelry because I just went through a divorce and I had to feed my 3 children and I had to move. I called and said I did not want to get rid of the bracelet and sent most of the money and I would be there to pay the rest of the money within the week .They said no problem and when I got there a banker in town wanted the bracelet and he sold it. They had no integrity what so ever. I will never forget what lousey people they are. The bracelet ment a lot to me. read more
