Over the years, I have been a long-time buyer of luxury timepieces, including seven TAG Heuers, an Omega, a Breitling, and an Oris, all of which have performed without issue since as far back as 1990. Unfortunately, the experience with this purchase was disappointing. The original watch did not function upon purchase (battery issue), so it was replaced. The second watch also failed shortly after delivery, and a third replacement sourced from the manufacturer was subsequently provided, only to be confirmed non-functional as well. Despite a fourth order being placed, there has been no follow-up or resolution as of June 9, leading me to cancel the order and request a full refund. This experience has been frustrating, particularly given the significance of the occasion and my history of purchasing high-quality timepieces without issue. I hope Reed's and Longines take this feedback seriously and review their quality control and fulfillment process to prevent similar situations and better retain customer trust.

My fiancé originally purchased my engagement ring from this location, and even after we moved across the country to Arizona (we're a military family), Tiffany made the entire process of ordering our wedding bands feel completely seamless. Over the phone, she helped me pick out the perfect wedding band guard to complement my engagement ring, and she also guided us through selecting my fiancé's band. She was so kind, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely fun to work with -- even across the miles! You could tell she truly cared about getting everything just right for us. She answered every question with patience and warmth and made what could have been a stressful, complicated process into something exciting and smooth. The manager was also phenomenal -- attentive and accommodating every step of the way. It's rare to find customer service that makes you feel like family, but that's exactly what we experienced here.
