Granted it was only one experience, but I remember a woman stumbling into the window area as I was paying to slam the window shut without even acknowledging me. I was told that the woman is the daughter of the owner who doesn't even work there. I was also recently faced with a worker who let me wait at the speaker for 10 minutes before ordering, and she told me she was "the only one working there" but she was also giving me attitude. We decided to have a 60th birthday celebration at Rusty Rooster's Ice House b/c we frequently stop in when we are in town b/c of the service and great atmosphere. We made the right choice. Owners, Issabelle and Joe went above and beyond accommodating our request. Their staff were pleasant and friendly and the prices were great. We had food catered however they always have local food trucks to accommodate the late night hunger. If you're in town you MUST stop by. They always have the games on their TV's for football, baseball or basketball.
