(also did not have that customer fill out the appointment form, which is interesting considering they practically bark at you the second you walk through the door to fill it out). I can understand that it was just one lady in the floor today but when you had rushed through my eyebrow threading, consistently hitting me in the eye, no apology for doing that either ( I forgot manners aren't really a thing anymore these days). Then when she had handed me the mirror to look over her work, I felt extremely rushed and overwhelmed by her. After paying and being able to actually get a look at the threading work I noticed there were a few mistakes still. I tried to go back in to see if she would be able to fix it but I didn't see her & my patience had already worn thin at this point. Needless to say, I probably won't be back. Just wanted to put this out there so people are aware of what type of services they are paying for at this establishment.

Plus, the jewelry selection here is amazing! If you're looking for skilled professionals who truly know how to enhance your natural beauty, this is the place to go. Highly recommend--don't hesitate to visit. They're worth every bit of it! Thank you Nilma & her hard working team!

I remember in my twenties and thirties seeing woman with peach fuzz that you catch in the light on their profile and thinking to myself - hell to the no, no, no that will not happen to me. Flash forward it happened - I aged ugh. While you can get tools to do regular maintenance especially on that upper lip and for those hairs that appear on your chinny chin chin - but do yourself a favor and leave this job to the professionals. Jessica gets it and oh my goodness never thought hair removal would be a pampering spa experience but it truly was. Calming music, dimmed lights, warm blankets and massage - now this is the level of pampering I could get addicted to for certain. And do not worry the hair will not grow back thicker or darker. Just get it done you will not regret it and it will last for over a month. Also for your first visit and first new service you get $20 off! Plus the staff there is super friendly and helpful. On a recent visit I treated myself to a spa pedicure with Megan. She did a fantastic job getting rid of my rough heels and getting my nails back in order and loved the warm towel wrap and massage. And absolutely love my fun summer neon pink polish. Enjoyed our conversation- will definitely be back. We all deserve to be pampered do not hesitate to check out Hair Solutions you will not be disappointed!

I've been searching for a while now to find a place where I can get a really good haircut and also have a stylist who keeps up on all the latest trends. Bella was an absolute phenomenal stylist. She is very experienced with 15+ yrs and a wealth of knowledge. The salon has new Covid procedures. When you are to arrive to your appointment you text once you're in the parking lot and they will let you know when you can come in. Everyone has to wear a mask while getting their hair done. They have a hand sanitizer readily available if needed and they're keeping the place very tidy and clean. I couldn't be happier! I am absolutely thrilled with the wonderful haircut she gave me. The color that she chose for my highlights and toned down the brassiness in my hair for an overall look that is absolutely perfect. Bella has definitely gained a new customer. I highly recommend her! You will not be disappointed.

About a year ago, I decided I wanted to get my eyebrows mirco-bladed. Since then, I've been doing…read moremy research on brow salons in WI and MN. I was particular when choosing my artist, as this is a face tattoo. Sabiha came recommended by a friend and after looking through her portfolio, I decided to book my appointment. This recommendation came with the warning that her prices had recently increased from $500 to $700 and that scheduling any follow-up appointments would be irritating. The price didn't concern me as I was willing to pay for perfection. On the day of my appointment, 4/4/22, Sabiha asked to push me back 40 minutes. I agreed and showed up at 2:40 pm. When I arrived, she was chatting with a cousin who had a studio across the hall. Her cousin left, and I got settled. I was nervous but excited as Sabiha talked me through the details. I explained that I don't usually wear make-up, and expressed how important it was that my brows looked meticulously natural. She threaded them and mapped out where they should be based on my facial structure. Sabiha stressed the importance of where I did and didn't want brow strokes as it was difficult to remove any once they had set. She explained how she measured everything twice, and that the right and left sides were perfectly positioned. I trusted her and agreed for her to proceed. The tattooing process was uncomfortable but hurt less than threading. While Sabiha tattooed my face, her cousin returned. To my surprise, she stayed for the remainder of my appointment, which bothered me only slightly until I realized the consequences of the distraction. When I was handed a mirror for the big reveal, my stomach dropped. Both brows were longer than what I thought was natural, my left brow was two hair strokes too far in, and when I raised them in shock... heaven forbid I should ever be surprised. Sabiha offered to add strokes to the right brow to try to mirror the inconsistencies which I forbade. I decided to let my eyebrows heal in hopes that the middle and tail portions would flake off in the process. We made a follow-up appointment, and I left feeling discouraged. Upon arriving home, I asked friends for their opinions and my fears were confirmed. I immediately grabbed a make-up remover wipe and proceeded to scratch out the first two hair strokes on my left brow. I'm thankful I did because I was successful in remedying this major mistake. After the two-week healing process, the tail of the left brow had successfully fallen off, but the right brow is still two strokes too long. Sabiha texted me about a week and a half before I was supposed to come in for my touch-up appointment asking to reschedule as she was going out of town. Frustrated by the inconvenience and nervous about more mistakes, I reluctantly rescheduled for the following week. She said she wanted me to be happy with my brows, and to let her know of any alterations. I explained how the only alteration I wanted was for her to remove the two tail strokes on the right brow. She said she would look into a product that would fade these strokes. I asked if this product was included in the $700, which she rejected stating, "I've never had anyone want to remove or not be happy with a certain stroke." My response: "Just because you haven't made a mistake before doesn't mean you shouldn't take full responsibility when you do. As you suggested, I will remedy the right brow on my own. I would like to cancel my appointment, as I do not wish to provide you with another opportunity to make a mistake you will not take responsibility for." The only response I received was an email confirming cancelation. There was no partial refund for services not performed. I sincerely wish I had gone elsewhere and not paid $700 towards her Range Rover payment for a stick-poke tattoo. In comparison, it only costs ~$500 to have a licensed nurse inject half a syringe of lip filler. I was looking for an artist but didn't realize it was a scam until it was too late.

I drove off not sure where to go but saw an OPEN sign from across the road. Jackpot! Or so I thought. I parked my car and I was walking toward the door when that open sign was suddenly dark! I turned and found friendly man and politely said, "pedicure?" Savior! Just like that the man took me inside and said they could do a pedicure. They explained it was a slow night so they were closing early but he saw me as he turned off the sign and decided to usher me in!
