She did not promise me they would all be gone, and went into some detail about what the treatment could and could not do. Her honesty and caution were the biggest reasons I went with Skinpossible, after consulting with 3 other skin care salons whose promises seemed over the top. . However, after having received 4 out of 5 treatments, I have to say that it has been a total waste of $2000. There was a very slight improvement after the first treatment but absolutely nothing noticeable after the subsequent three. The fact that my skin is over 60 is certainly a significant factor, but I have serious doubts that even a younger person would have had good results with this treatment. If your budget doesn't matter to you, go ahead. But best to head into something like this realistically.

She thoroughly examined my skin and made sure to explain what was going on throughout each step of the facial. I explained what had happened and she answered all of my questions and provided me with so much information throughout the course of my facial. I now get my nails done every 4 to 5 weeks at Nursing Soles with the girls there. My manicures look as new when I come in for my fills as they did when I left the salon, minus the grow out. The girls who did my lashes are nice and friendly, it's the service the 2nd and 3rd time that wasn't great. My lashes I could see that some were missed on the tint (not dyed black) and some lashes, especially outer corner were not lifted, so it did look strange that some were done and the rest not? I paid and left and then examied in my car since the lighting was allot better (the lighting in the rooms are very dim) and noticed some lashes were missed. I was tempted to go back in and mention it but honestly the girls at the front desk weren't overly friendly and didn't want the grief from them since they didn't seem like the customer service driven type. I did wait a few days and went somewhere else to get them re-tinted since they were not able to do a lift till they grew out. I don't think I will give this place a 4th chance since the last two times the service wasn't that great and I wasn't happy with the results, especially since I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed.
