This last week we were in Costa Rica we did use her to help us find good deals on our tours, and it was a nightmare. The day before our trip she called me stating everything was confirmed and assured us we would have an amazing experience. The first day we are there we wake up early to get to our hotel lobby to wait for pickup. After waiting over 30 minutes I ask the concierge if they could help us locate the tour agency. When we got ahold of them he stated to us that for the past month he tried to get ahold of Sarah Qey Travel to confirm our tour and where we would be picked up, there was never an answer. Due to this we missed our tour. They were able to work with us and accommodate to let us do one thing with them because they couldn't refund us due to their policy. Thankfully they were the same ones to do our next tour to Manuel Antonio, and I was able to confirm where we needed to be picked up. While I was dealing with the tour agency I was also trying to reach Sarah because she claimed she would be accessible to me via email or call if I needed her. She was not. She didn't confirm any of our tours, didn't give them any of my information on how to contact me, and she took no accountability for her mistakes. When I was able to reach her she said she did everything right, and basically all 3 companies she hired for us were lying. She even had the nerve to get offended when I asked for refunds because we missed 2 of our tours because of her actions. We had to pay an additional $110 because we didn't want to lose the money on the tours. She owed me $110 due to a tour never being confirmed. 8 days had passed and still no refund in my account. When I confront her about this she immediately sends it via PayPal without even asking me if I had one! I couldn't access my money because of this! So when I email her about this her assistant Deborah steps in saying she didn't know I didn't have a PayPal. It's called asking! Thankfully she helped me with this, but not before she basically shamed me because I didn't confirm any of my tours myself. I paid these people to help me feel safe in a foreign country, and they took my money and didn't make us a priority after they were paid. No one ever apologized or took responsibility for their mistakes. I now know due to the great people of Costa Rica not to trust tour agencies like Sarah Qey and just do it myself. All they did was go through Expedia and get their cut.

Well, I really wanted my dad to travel somewhat comfortably, but what wouldn't cost my guy and I an arm and a leg. So I did some research and checked out different airline prices online...different airlines and all. I'm only familiar with so many airlines, usual...Continental, Southwest (lol like they fly out of the country), Jet Blue, and so forth. Then I found Singapore airlines to be quite well, and one of the best to fly international, Asiana to be cheap, and Japan airlines to be luxurious (way out of my price league). So when I gotg the call from my dad that he's at an agency, I'm being biased, thinking why? They are going to charge more!! My butt, who says do your research first...oh boy, I should slap myself in the face, why would I even think that? I never even been to one! ...... MORE TO THE POINT: So I came there and wow the roundtrip ticket for Singapore Airlines!!!! Only for 1280!!! Economy class, but thats okay, I mean it was cheaper than any online deals I could find.....I think the cheapest one I found was actually like $1320....so I was quite pleased, and this being with Singapore Airlines, who I hear is very accomodating...nice My brother flew with Asiana from the arrangement with Deluxe Travel, and said personally he thought it was quite comfortable...price? I'm not aware of. LONG STORY SHORT NOW: cheap flights to Vietnam and very decent ---- nice airlines. If you're traveling internationally to Vietnam, try this agency! Or maybe any other one, just in case, cause I don't know any other ones, but the prices were nice. It's nice that they have decent customer service, yes they do talk english as well. And its cool that you're not only getting your flight, but the visa was included as well, and they'll help you out, assist you to the process of traveling internationally and direct where you can get a passport. $1280 for roundtrip to Vietnam on SINGAPORE AIRLINES and a Visa, with some good assistance, can't beat that. The flight isn't until January, but its still a darn good price! The first experience with my brother smoothed by fine, and I'm sure with my dad would be grand, hopefully!!!

The owner, apparently, picked us up. She had a clearly used car seat (yet claimed it was new) that was only buckled through the seat belt and had no tether. She said it didn't need latches, but car seats are generally required to have them. She assured us it didn't need it and was dismissive of my concerns. She even emailed after our trip to prove her point, claiming she has had many children travel with her...and never apologized for not bringing the latch strap. She does not properly train her staff and should not advertise safe car seat installation. Also, don't be rude to your customers and act like you know everything.

Won't shop here again. The owner responded on google, making fun of my house/living situation, which shows a lot of class on their part. Response to owner: I just looked through my emails again, including my spam folder and see no mention requesting the use of paypal until AFTER one week had passed and I sent multiple emails requesting a response to my order being canceled. The cancelation just says "Order #7000 was canceled because of unforeseen circumstances and your payment has been voided." with no further details. He feels the need to lie for some reason. And I live in that 'run down trailer', frankly rude to judge someone's property or living conditions for absolutely no reason.
