I usually have re-growth within a week or two of a Brazilian, but for some reason - I had barely any within a week. And then two weeks came along, and still barely any growth! We spoke a bit about eyebrow shape and how she likes to keep things natural/follow your natural shape. Can always take off more later if I wanted. I think my eye wax was all of five minutes. Trimming, a few strips of waxing, and then tweezing and that's it. Let me have a look in the mirror and I was happy for the most part. I should've asked to trim my eyebrows a little more. But overall content with the shape. I wish there was something to put on my skin afterwards to calm it down since I get red easily. Again, the whole process was super quick, didn't feel overly personalized with an eye brow shaping/waxing but the job got done. The staff who did my brows was very nice and we made conversation throughout my service. I felt comfortable and no pain with the waxing/tweezing. Afterwards, she checked me out and you can give a tip on a card. $20 is a fair price for an eyebrow wax, what I was paying for at another place in the area.

Today, when I went to pay, he informed me that I had supposedly been undercharged during my previous visit and added approximately $15-$20 to my bill. I was honestly taken aback. I explained that I paid exactly what I was asked to pay at my last appointment. If the salon made an error when calculating my bill, how is that the customer's fault? He was very rude and dismissive about the entire situation and never even clearly explained what I had supposedly been undercharged for. I paid the additional amount without arguing and left, but the whole interaction left a very bad taste in my mouth. For a business, absorbing a $15-$20 mistake made by its own staff would have been a small price to pay compared with making a longtime customer feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. This is especially disappointing considering that the cost of my services has nearly doubled over the past two years.
