My mom and I have been coming to see Valla for YEARS for pedicures and waxes and we've followed her from salon to salon. From what I recall, Fiaz is the best of places she's worked! The staff is really friendly, the space is always clean, and I always feel comfortable and welcomed. This is a traditional salon that offers a variety of services, but I honestly only ever come for pedicures and waxes and ONLY with Valla! She literally gives me new, baby-smooth feet every time. Never disappoints. I have to drive 30ish minutes to get here and it's worth it. I'd highly recommend this salon and Valla if you're looking to treat yourself! read more

I am a person who gets weekly manicures and pedicures every three months. I was lost for so long because I could never find anyone who would give me what my hands and feet deserved until I was referred to Bonita. Now that I have been going to Bonita, my hands and feet have never been better. She's so personable and her work is perfection. She always runs on time and makes sure you are happy with her work. My manicures last one full week and sometimes two depending on if my hands are in water a lot. The products used are all top notch and have helped repair my hands and feet. I really wanted to like this salon for hair but didn't work out. As a new client I was not consulted by the stylist, the assistant took me to wash my hair and only then did I see the stylist. As a stylist how do you know what your customer wants when you see them with wet hair in the chair?? I explained what I wanted, showed a picture.. walked out with a mullet (didn't want a mullet nor did the picture have a mullet in it). I called back to explain that I'll need to see that stylist again for a fix, receptionist was very rude. Refused to accept my appointment as a fix and said she will put it down as a haircut. I asked for an appointment after work hours, she refused to understand what work hours mean. It's 8-5 for most grownup people, btw. Although the stylist was very nice, second time around did more damage. I'm now stuck with a horrible cut, will take a year to grow out. To top this off, the receptionist called me on my way home from the salon and asked why I left without paying??!! She actually accused me of walking out!! Only if she checked internally first, she'd know that the stylist told me no charge. But, I'm guessing customer service is not their top priority. Note to management: if you're trying to poise your salon as a High End, please invest in better training for front end staff and stylists. This service is unacceptable. I will not return or recommend Fiaz to anyone. read more

Best salon I've ever been to. Always had amazing experiences, and no other salon can compare! Every single time I come in to do highlights, the stylist never fails to make me happy. I've done balayage, chrome inspired highlights that adjust to lighting, and very subtle highlights. I also do the Kérastase treatments to add more moisture to my hair, also add more shine, strength and volume every time I decide to get color or go for a regular blowout. Amanda curled my hair for a wedding. Normally my thick long hair (down to my butt) takes like 1.5 hours for most people to curl and it usually falls fast, but amanda finished in like 45 minutes and really, it did last pretty well. The fee was $65, which was pretty reasonable for the amount of hair I have. I will for sure be back. read more

I was in town for a work event and didn't have time to wash and style my hair. Fiaz fit me in last minute with Lydia and I was very pleased. Lydia styled my hair just as requested, round brushed with a little volume, and the blow dry lasted a good 4 days. (I like to push what's socially acceptable btwn hair wash days) but with a good blow dry you can barely tell. I'll definitely be back when I'm in town next! read more

Rita has a great team of assistants that work that work with her and is always on top of the latest trends and styles headed our way, which makes visiting her salon for someone like myself that's always the last to know what's in and out a godsend. I never need to tell her what I'm looking for, she just knows, and that's a really great thing to have in a stylist. As a 32 year old professional that's often strapped for time, it's great to know that I can pop in every few weeks and get what I need without any fear of not being happy with the end result. Never again! Fiaz has been sending me emails to come back, come back for a very long time. Was in town for a wedding & scheduled an appointment on-line for a blow dry. Guess what? Although their email system says "Appointment request received". I'm not sure what they do with it & I was left without anyone to do my hair. I've unsubscribed to their email blasts. Went to the salon for the first time since my hairdresser was getting married that weekend. I also recently moved to Colorado and flew into town for a wedding that weekend. I scheduled a haircut and style. They only had me for a style so I got a dry cut. I had never had a dry cut before and did not like it at all. I saw Lydia, she was super nice but the haircut was not. I asked for a trim and she only cut the back, not even all of it because I found so many split ends still. I also mentioned I have layers and want to keep them and she did nothing with them, she didn't cut them or anything to make them look good again. She also never touched the front of my face and never cut any of the hair there, so now my layers are just long and it looks off. The bill was doubled what it says online. They only offer you to comeback ack and get your hair recut. I'm not flying across country to get another bad haircut. Super pissed!! Now I have to go spend more money to get ANOTHER haircut read more

Wow. Raji is amazing. It takes a lot for me to be just satisfied with a hair dresser. I'm not easily impressed at all, and I have deep trust issues with anyone who touches my hair. I heard he was great, still not enough for me, so I watched him work on someone else. Wow. He is talented. So I allowed him to cut my hair.... He did a fantastic job. My hair has never looked so heathy and even!! And the proportions of the layers to my full head of hair is just perfect. No one (and I have tried the so called "best") has ever been able to make it even and proportionate. I also hate when my hair is pulled or damaged during the process, his assistant Kelly blow dried it so nicely and didn't pull my head in every direction and didn't break or rip my hair. I hate broken hair due to improper handling. She also didn't get my face and neck soaked when she washed it. Kept my makeup in tact! Clearly I take this too seriously but it's deep for me lol! My visits at Fiaz Salon with my stylist Andrea are always relaxing! Just what the Dr. ordered! She does the BEST most memorable shampoo of all the salons I've been too! She's great with color and helping me decide the look I'm going for as I am "fashion challenged" and need great assistance in this department. I am always surprised at how awesome my hair looks when I leave and get several compliments even months after my visits. The atmosphere is pretty high-end for my taste, but I still like feeling like a princess when I'm there! There are a lot of high-maintenance people who frequent this salon so I definitely recommend this salon to someone who is particular about their stylist and salon atmosphere. My mom was visiting from out of town and desperately needed a hair cut (the stylist in her small town had chopped her hair into a brown helmet - not cute). I called at 10 am and was able to get her an appointment at 12. I believe the stylists name was Roxana? We arrived to a BEAUTIFUL salon (I was tempted to stay and relax myself). The stylist listened to my mom's (many) concerns and delivered EXACTLY what she asked for. What a difference a little trim made! She took the weight off the hair and made it look 1000 times better! I have been getting my Keratin complex hair smoother for the past 5 years with Giselle. Before then I did Yuko for 10 years. So I'm very familiar with the process. Last week Giselle intrduced me to a new product by Keratin complex with the name of Keratin Complex Advanced Smoothing Glycolic. The process took only 2 hours. The product smelled really nice and was easy on my scalp. My hair turned out beautiful. I waited 5 days before I washed my hair even though she told me I can wash it within 72 hours. Yesterday I washed my hair and it looks beautiful. It feels so soft and silky. It only took me 10 minutes to dry and did not use an iron. See the pictures please. Thanks Giselle. My absolute favorite salon. I've done almost all of their services! All of their staff are wonderful. I usually get my hair done by Giselle and she's amazing. I've seen other hairdressers when she wasn't available and they've all been just as wonderful. I had my hair done by Raji for my wedding and it stayed beautifully from the time I had it done at 9am until the time I got home after the ceremony which was around 12am. I've gotten my makeup done by their MUA and she was awesome. She also helped cover a huge bruise I had on my leg when I was getting my engagement photos done. I usually get my nails done by Susan (love her!!!!!) and I've seen the other girls as well. They're honestly all wonderful. I've had a spray tan done by Amanda and it was awesome. I heard great things about this salon and made an appointment for a hair style for my brothers wedding. I confirmed this appointment THREE times. The day of the appointment I drove 50 minutes to get to the salon and my hair dresser was not there. The receptionist told me that they attempted to call me THE DAY BEFORE to inform me that my hair dresser will be attending a wedding that day and wont be able to do my hair. BUT NEVER LEFT A MESSAGE.
