I bought a water pipe and emailed them the same day asking about a return (unused). I was told it would be fine. Cool, no problem. Then I show up to the store a couple days later and suddenly there's a strict 24-hour return policy that nobody mentioned when I bought it, and apparently doesn't matter what their own staff already told me. At that point, it's just "too bad." So let's break that down: * They told me yes to a return * Failed to clearly communicate their actual policy * Then hid behind that policy when it was convenient That's not just bad service--that's misleading. It gets better. When I followed up, instead of owning the mistake, they asked me to explain why I couldn't use the product... like that somehow justifies giving customers incorrect information in the first place. No accountability. No effort to fix it. Just attitude. If a business can't honor what they tell you and won't make it right when they're clearly in the wrong, that tells you everything you need to know. Plenty of other smoke shops in Amarillo--go somewhere that actually respects its customers.

Upon entrance, I was greeted by friendly staff. The selection of flavors was amazing. There were so many more than anywhere in my small town. It was so hard to choose with this many options. I told them what I liked. I received a few recommendations, as well. Of the 6 flavors I ended up buying, I have tried two so far and they are both amazing. I would totally recommend this place and if I end up passing through on my return route, I will definitely stop in and buy some more stock for the way home. The store had an older look although it was plenty clean and organized inside. I found my way back to the deli but it was much smaller than the ones in the I-40 Soncy area. There weren't even any tables to sit at. The lady behind the counter was very nice. I read over the menu and decided to just get a brisket sandwich for $5.99 and a bag of tortilla chips for a dollar. I didn't realize it was no place to sit until after I got my food but the lady said there was a table outside. It turned out the outside table was probably for employees to take their break at. There were a lot of cigarette butts around but nobody was smoking at it while I was there, which was nice. The sandwich had so much meat in it I took half of it out before I ate the sandwich and took the rest home to make a sandwich for lunch the next day. The meat wasn't real juicy but it was very tender and had good flavor. The barbecue sauce was pretty good too for being grocery store fare. I didn't need any groceries so I didn't get any but I was happy with what I did get. The store seemed quite busy.
