Dropped like $50 on a disposable that the person sold to us as a "long lasting" and an experience…read morethat would be worth it. Disposable seems to start running out after 3 days of relaxed use. Open the top and there's evidently a rubber plug that doesn't fit into the disposable correctly that was supposed to be blocking the product. We brought it to the store to show the employee whom struggled to pull the rubber piece out. After giving up on pulling the piece out, she said "well these are just one gram" and then proceeded to call her boss to ask for help. Upon calling him, she laughed at us when we explained about the plug that didn't fit and said they wouldn't do anything about it. Took a chance on a local spot and definitely regretted it. Cool fish at least.

Very difficult to write, get money out of my purse, spoon anything into a bowl, etc. Thanks to the recomendations of Hempnotix, the exhausting twitch is completely gone with Delta 8 gummies. Got in the car with hubby ate 1/4 of a gummy. Well, I put it under my tounge for faster results. Within minutes no twitch and even more exciting trimmer was so slight. My husband witnessed how fast it worked. There is no high with Delta 8. It affects the body, not the head. I also discovered if I have not eaten and my stomach protesting to the point of near nausea, Delta 8 handles that beautifully. Love that!!! Yesterday, straight CBD was also recommended. Have not had time to give that a whirl, but will today. Lastly, I was in a very tense situation, I knew Delta 8 is great for anxiety. Grabbed 1/2 Delta 8 Gummie, slid it under my tongue. When I called the next day to ask for one for warranty purposes, the staff initially couldn't help me, which was frustrating. However, after I left my original review, the manager personally called me, got into their truck, drove to the store, and emailed me a copy of my receipt the same day. The manager was polite, professional, and genuinely wanted to make things right. I really appreciate how quickly they resolved the issue once they were aware of it. Great customer service in the end!

Him and the other worker like didn't want to believe me so they had me open it and try it and obviously it had nicotine lol. So I say yeah I'm like definitely buzzed like there's nicotine in this AND THEY WOULDNT ACCEPT THAT. I went in on June 22nd at 6:55pm to purchase caliburn a3s pods. I always buy them here about 2x a…read moremonth. The guy tried to tell me they only had half a box (2 pods) in stock. I know from a previous experience here that they actually have a large amount of these in stock up on the top shelf. I explained this to the guy and he said those are not it when I pointed them out. I could see he was becoming agitated which I found odd. He did pull one box that I pointed out down and sure enough I was right. He set the box of pods down I picked it up to be sure it was correct. He snatched it out of my hand so I asked him "did you not see I was trying to look at that when you snatched it out of my hand" he replied aggressively that he couldn't believe I would "reach across the counter" and he then raised his voice and asked me if I would do tgat at a bank over and over. He was breathing heavy and shaking. I then asked if I could just pay for my pods. He rang me up and I asked him if he was okay he said I'm fine I just can't believe you thought you could reach over the counter. I paid and apologized for upsetting him he then raised his voice again and tried to start an argument about it. I did not argue I left. I will argue here, I was not at a bank. I was purchasing an item at a store and I wanted to be sure the ohms were correct so I picked it up to read it. You snatching it from me constitutes assault. You sir are lucky I didn't go that route. By grace I will let this one slide. I think you were having problems today before I ever came in the store. I'll chalk your behavior and demeanor up as I caught you at a bad time. However you should not be allowed to treat customers that way ever, regardless of what your going through. You never know what someone else has been or is going through. I'll remember you and this encounter. I should also note the blonde woman sat present helping another customer and they both witnessed the entire encounter. Neither said a word. I emailed the owners at 2 different email addresses, I reached out to them on Facebook and have been ignored.
