Never in a million years did my husband and I think that we could be treated with such disregard. However, in their defence, we were trusting and did not do our due diligence. Yesterday we purchased a new mask from sleep therapeutics for 290.00. Later just out of curiosity I checked Amazon.ca and the exact same mask is 95.00 with free shipping. I know we cannot expect small businesses to compete with Amazon so we chalked it up to lessons learned. Then my husband called another company herein Edmonton and the price was 200.00. That is a huge difference and so my husband called sleep therapeutics to see if the could be more fair with their pricing. Well so much for customer service! They weren't even open to the idea that they could be taking advantage of people. We will never shop there again! I will also make sure to tell everyone I know about our experience! I should have checked Yelp first!

When I first went there the owner truly only cared about the patient and their needs. I not only bought my machine there, but went there every 3 months to get a new mask. I could not believe how much she cared and would do for you. When they did trade shows I would help them out with their technical needs. Now I am getting a new machine, I was going to donate my old one as I knew the owner would make good use of it. When I contacted them about getting a new machine, once again they were friendly and helpful, all of a sudden it has taken a direct 180 degree turn. Now, you can't get a hold of them. They never answer the phone , and when they do they have an attitude like you should be glad that they are talking to you at all. I cannot believe how they treat their clients now. I have never been so shocked of the difference of attitude. I will never go there again, and I will make sure anyone I talk to never does either.

I feel like I've been on a never-ending journey to health. It all started when I was 15 when I…read moredeveloped some pretty intense stomach problems. I went to numerous doctors and was told it was everything from "becoming a woman" to "the stomach flu". I was sick for three years until they found out I had gallstones and stomach ulcers. Good enough, at 17 I had surgery and thought I was fixed. Flash forward a few years and my issues still hadn't sorted themselves out. In and out of doctors offices, I've learned to manage it with diet.... and just accepting that this is how I am. My weight fluctuates within 10 - 15 lbs every six months, which, once again, I thought was normal.... I guess it's not. Bringing us to today. A few of my coworkers recently visited Dr. Sarah Tanner at Natural Choices Health and had nothing but positive ravings. One of my coworkers even took her entire family to get diagnosed with multiple food intolerances and vitamin deficiencies. After listening to their stories, I thought I'd give it a try - and boy am I ever glad I did. Alongside visiting a traditional family doctor, I found out that I have food intolerances that was never thought of by any of my traditional doctors, as well as two vitamin deficiencies (one of which I was told about years ago, but when I received my blood work from my new Family Doctor just weeks ago, I was told I was fine). In just a short time of cutting out what the Naturopath believed would be my intolerances, I've already seen an improvement and I'm looking forward to getting my health as a whole, on track! I've already recommended this place to other friends who are open to exploring their health in less traditional ways and I knew I had to also tell the Yelp world. *Note: Visiting a Naturopath in conjunction with traditional doctors should be your route. I would never not go to a traditional doctor, but this is just the icing on the cake :)

Very frustrating to deal with from an employee's standpoint. They seem to delight in making it…read moredifficult for you to provide them with the documentation they ask from you -- the members' web site does not mention the address you need to send your receipts to, for example, and it's not possible to submit electronic copies either. I have a yet-unresolved CPAP-related claim with them that dates back to last June (7 months!) because when I provide them with the documentation they ask for they somehow keep coming up with new things to ask. Their dental coverage is ridiculously miserly even though I'm covered by two policies from them. If you want to piss off your employees, get them health coverage from great-west life. If that's not your intention then go with another company.
