We had to check in several times to remind them that we had a deadline. We were also told the railing would be included in the price and it was not done. I'm mostly happy with the work but will definitely not be recommending these guys to anyone.

Oscar made an appointment and I waited at home for him for a half hour. He never showed up and did not message me to let me know. When I finally wrote him and asked what was happening, this was his response. "good afternoon.I apologize a thousand times, and the truth is I forgot. I'm usually very punctual.
