Not sure of the reason or where this took place but I was at Best Buy in Charlottetown today and I would say I have had the best experience with a salesperson anywhere. His name is Ben and I couldn't have asked for better. He knew his business, was very conscious of the customer and so readily willing to help in anyway . If you go into Best Buy and see Ben be sure and say hi and that you read this on Facebook. One more thing he had the best accent I have heard in a long time.

This is a smaller Best Buy but they have the essentials, DvDs , cell phones, Ipads, laptops, video…read moregames , some displays , keyboards, mice etc. Their display section looked a little like the Zombie Apocalypse already happened though. I guess Best Buys are not as popular in Canada as they are in the States.

I got a new iPhone and managed to mess up my SIM card. I was directed to our local Telus store…read moreafter chatting online to a Telus rep. when I arrived at GBS in New Glasgow I was greeted by Noah who jumped right in and helped me out. my fix wasn't straightforward so he had make some calls, and he got back to me within an hour and made plans for me to come back in later the same day as I needed to be present for the issues to be solved via their call centre. He did all the leg work for a quick and easy process when I returned. He was very patient with this old gal and got me back up and running. Thanks Noah!!

Our iPhone had some network issues during our visit to PEI, so we stopped by the Telus Technologies…read morestore in Charlottetown Mall (a desolate place if ever there was one) for assistance. The store manager was there when we arrived and told us she probably couldn't fix the problem but would try. Five minutes later, problem solved, no charge, and we were on our way out with a smile. Probably not much of a review, but we wanted to let others know that our very brief experience here was a good one.
