First their selections of chairs is unmatched to many stores that we have come across in London or even the GTA. Literally 100s of chairs on display - all shapes and sizes and budget. The dining tables not so many on the floor but they could get you many from their catalogues. Some good Canadian manufacturers that we were looking for, but not all. They also have living room and outdoor furniture on display. The service and explanations were top notch. It's hard to get such amazing service elsewhere. They know their products. My mom ordered a queen sized mattress, box spring, bed frame and 8 dining chairs. The queen size mattress, boxspring and bed frame was NOT queen sized - it was 3 inches less in width and resembled a double. Even more disappointing, despite having being told the chairs were of the highest quality and made in Canada, they arrived in boxes stamped with "Made In China" where she could only accept 6 out of the 8 as 2 arrived smashed. We did not accept the remaining owed chairs once it was explained to us that "Made in China" can be advertised as "Made in Canada" as long as they were partially assembled in Canada. The quality by no means reflected the price tag and they offered no further help with the undersized bed.

Since I…read morepurchased the extended warranty I was told as soon as the returned tv got to head office I'd get my money back to purchase another. First of all they lied. When head office got the tv they sent me an email saying they would take a few days for them to actually diagnose the issue and they would get back to me. Well they didn't get back to me until the morning of the 31st... So I only had until midnight to get in on the sale that I was promised. Well that never happened because of a myriad of issues they had online with my email. The sale would not go through. So then I kept trying all day and night and then missed the site because they failed to send the code earlier. Not too mention I could not get help from their head office. When I tried calling their head office no one could help me and I talked to several different people. I was in the phone with over 4 people and on the phone for nearly two hours and they still could not complete the sale. Plus we were charged an additional $100.00 because of missing the midnight deadline (which was their issue, not ours). If I could I would just go elsewhere to buy my tv, but I'm stuck with these losers.

I've come to this Staples quite a few times and have had exceptional service every time. This…read morelocation is right off of Wellington and Baseline and across from the hospital. The plaza itself is fairly empty and not many other stores around, but it is close to a Tim Horton's. They have a great selection on their items and their Staples brand items are significantly cheaper than buying the name brand of the same item. Walking in, this location is completely mirror opposite to every other location I've been to. The copy centre is on the left instead of the right, and the electronic and furniture section. The last time I went, I was looking for packaging tape. I had found it, but there wasn't really a vast selection. The store is clean, the people on the floor are ready and there to help and they have a decent amount of registers open. Convenient location, easy to get to and from and always have what I need in stock.
