My dad has a cell phone with Bell and they were looking to perhaps switch to another company add a second phone so they could each have one. Easy right? Wrong! My parents are elderly, don't speak much english and technologically illiterate... and if that wasn't enough to warrant my help, my mom asked me "can I get a Blue Tube for the Lp3 player?" We went to all of the four telecom companies and Rogers by far had the most attentive service and best prices. Our associate Charlene was ridiculously patient, nice and very helpful. She answered all my questions and didn't seem annoyed by my constant translation to mom & dad. In the end we switched all my parents' services to Rogers and got them new cell phones. I was pleasantly surprised with the level of service and I couldn't have asked for better.

I was then given 24 hours to pay the full amount and I was cut off in three. I thought we had 30 days to pay our bill my bill generates from the 16th to the 16th and Bella is calling me on the seventh of every month. Poor service after being a customer since 2000 I will be leaving this company.

When I approached the decidedly unfriendly staff and asked my question, I was told they no longer carry tablets, but Rogers might. I'm now wondering what the point of this store is? The service, every time I've been in, has been terrible. I've gone in looking for accessories, and never found what I wanted, I've gone in with problems or questions, and their answer is to call Rogers. Every time I've ventured into this store, the experience has been terrible. I called Rogers later with the question, and they gave me an answer, and told me they can't accept complaints on a local store, as they aren't controlled by Rogers corporate.
