Been purchasing from Acclaim for about two years now. Mainly lighting products. I've dealt with several reps and found each excellent in their own way. 1. Most products were available and those that were not an good alternative was suggested. On one occasion a lesser priced product was recommended as the rep said it bet met my needs. And he was right. 2. Shipping was fast and arrived on or before time. Packaging was study cardboard box with void fill. No damage ever. 3. Good exchange of info, reps give suggestions based on your need and not about the upsell. They also tell you when a product has gone discontinue and what replaced it. Wether it's for a small PA cable, or an entire PA system this is where I go. Their shipping is reasonable or free depending on your order, and they have a lot of stock and variety. I am a mobile DJ and I have ordered my powered Sub Woofer, lights, cables, mics, etc etc etc. The owner has always been great w me over the phone (I live 2.5 hrs away) or in person. He even helps me with gear that I haven't purchased from him. Website is easy to navigate through and order from. I have fellow DJs that have ordered from the states, and had problems AND THEIR GEAR ENDED UP COSTING MORE. Stop searching, you've found what your looking for. read more

Unfortunately, I will never be ordering from this company again. I called week after week to be told my item will be coming next week. Same thing happened to a friend of mine early this year. They are quick to collect your money and tell you your item will be here the following week, a month will pass, and they will continue to feed you the same B.S. My suggestion.... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!..... Plenty of companies these days price match anyways so why settle on this one. The staff were really knowledgeable and super helpful, right from making a recommendation on what would suit my needs, to assisting me with set up over the phone.
