There are only 8 iconic flavours: Chocolate, Vanilla, Pistachio, Caramel, Rose, Orange Blossom, Blackcurrant Violette, and Marie Antoinette tea. Eugénie is an unexpected marriage of textures, with a crunchy biscuit, a melting heart and a crunchy chocolate coating. This Union Station location is only a kiosk, rather than a full patisserie. It opened in Oct 2024. They thought they were only going to be there until Feb 2025, but as of 2025-06-23, they are still there. It is opposite Union Samples. They mostly sell macarons ($4.50 each!) here, but there are also a few bottled drinks, chocolate bars, gift boxes, yule logs, and gift cards. The customer service was good. Their selection was extensive. If my counting was correct, I saw about 15 flavors. I ordered the Box of 25 brigadeiros. When asked what flavors I would like, I simply replied "give me an assortment please." The lady assisting me obliged and thus my box of 25 brigadeiros was formed. I also ordered a box of 4 to try. I chose the original, creme brûlée, pistachio, and white pearls. The box was immediately consumed upon returning to the hotel. They were decadent! I highly recommend visiting this location. Service was excellent and brigadeiros were beautifully boxed. The brigadeiros are good for up to 3 days outside of the fridge.

For those of you who love dark chocolate, these drinks have a nice balance between strong flavour without it being either overly thick or watered down. And for those of you who find dark chocolate typically bitter, this doesn't have as strong a bite. Also, if you want stronger tastes/flavours in your drinks, I find that the cold drinks generally lose a bit of the chocolatey taste (which I like really strong). While this isn't as good as the famed Angelina hot chocolate (which you can get at Douce France), it's the second best hot chocolate drink I've had in the city... and the locations are a lot more accessible for sure (though take note, not all Lindt shops have this).
