I have been through a bout of illness resulting in road map wrinkles on my face area. I kept shying away from the Spa Doctor face Serum treatment ads. Finally caved in and ordered a bottle. As soon as got it I tried it.After four treatments day and night, I saw my wrinkles tightening and lifting. I cannot convince any person that the results are getting spectacular but the results are crazy good. It is up to how each person interprets the results . I am not being ambivalent I just know all the hype leads one to hold back until you are sure - you never will until you do try it. This works for me very very well I will keep an eye on the billing. I contacted them multiple times but they never resolved my issue. A week later I got a package and without opening it I went to the post office and had them return to sender. They are claiming that they have not received the package. And they haven't issued a refund. Please do not order from them. BEWARE! I purchased hair and skin care serum. The serum dried out my skin so I cancelled my subscription and and told them the skin care dried out my skin. A month later, I get an email that they're sending my order. I told them I had cancelled and to refund my account. The response was I had cancelled the hair serum not the skin care. I could return the product that was coming, less the $10 shipping, or keep it and they'd give me a partial refund. I don't want to keep it and why would I have cancelled the hair serum with a comment that the skin care dried out my skin? Guess I'm stuck paying the $10. I did not order anything from this company yet I received an email stating that my order had been shipped, I wasn't sure what it was and ignored it because I thought it was a scam (as it actually is). Several days later I received a notification that my package was delivered, along with a photo of "The Dr Spa" package sitting on someone's lap that had my name and address on it and a separate photo of a different, smaller package sitting at someone else's front door. I replied it was not my package and not my house. I was very concerned at this point because this scammer actually had my name and address and my account was charged. I did not place any order or give my information to them. I learned a valuable lesson from the Spa Dr. about discounted/ trials. It's true what they say, "Nothing is for free (or discounted). I thought I'd try the Spa Dr. " Lift and Firm" serum because it was being offered at 50% off. Two weeks later I recieved a package from the Spa Dr. because unbeknownst to me that 50% off came with a catch, a $128 subscription!! Well, I was in the hospital at the time it arrived so, I didn't get to it right away. HUGE MISTAKE!! Not only was I surreptitiously subsribed to products I didn't want but the Spa Dr. also has the WORST return policy I've ever encountered. Their return policy is also disceptive! In their return policy states you have 30 days to return your first order or your first subscription order, after that they give you SEVEN DAYS from the SHIPMENT date!!! So your time is ticking before you even get the product!!! I thought I had 30 days because I was returning my first subsctiption order. So, I contacted the Spa Dr. and requested a return lable. The person who responded directed me to the re turn portal to generate a return lable. When I got there I discovered my time to return had expired 5 days after I received the products. Don't trust them. I placed an order, and they charged me for a monthly subscription that I NEVER authorized. In fact, they asked me when I bought the product, and I said I did NOT want to subscribe. I don't know if the product works, but it's clear they're making money this way. Simply the worst company to deal with, although wife has subscribed for years, recent changes to their system created unrecoverable issues. Evidently, her subscriptions didn't get moved and she's been unable to get recovery if her account. Was told that she needed to try another browser or device, did that, several times...to no avail. Then was told that she couldn't use her email anymore and needed a new one in order to create a new account in the system...that is pure horse hockey! After multiple online sessions, trying to navigate through the most annoying and non-supportive bots to finally get to human that basically said, we value you as a VIP but can't do anything to help you. What a complete waste of time...this company does not value your business and we will find other products elsewhere. Stay away from them unless you want non-English speaking company reps to frustrate you beyond words. My elderly, 86 year-old, bed bound mother ordered a few inexpensive products at the very beginning of the year, but has not ordered since March. Beginning August this company started with withdrawing money from my mother's account and started auto shipping over $544 from my checking account. My mother's partner passed away in August, she is not on the Internet, she did not order products, she did not receive products. She is vulnerable and I spent over an hour and a half on a recorded line where the promised to refund me the money for products neither authorized nor received. Now, after written and oral promises of refund, they are saying that must return products that she does not have. This company has unscrupulous policies, behavior, and should not be trusted.
