I wanted a refill of my bio gel, she was rough, cut me twice with the damn nail filer! When I told her she cut me her response was the filer is new that's why. No dumb ass it's because you're rushing! They were closing soon, but I did not know that. So why take me if you're going to rush. Just say no!!! She put so much bio gel on my nails all at once because she wanted to finish faster but it was sooo bad she had bio gel in my skin. When I saw my middle finger nail was so crooked because she filed down half my fucking nail, I just said no and take it all off, I don't want it. I left the salon while my sister in law finished her nails and they still charged my sister in law 10 dollars for me. I have been doing my nails for years!!! This is the first time ever I actually had to say no and take it all off. The pictures of the salon is also a lie, this place does NOT look like this! Horrible horrible salon. The first time I got my shellac done, it didn't come off at all. The second time I was doing something I shouldn't have and chipped my nail on a piece of metal. They redid it right away at no charge. They offered me drinks (you can choose coffee, tea, or I think mimosas) and got started right away. There was a mistake in billing at the end (just because of a mixup in communication) and they still ended up honouring my quoted price for nails which was great. I got a shellac manicure with nail art on all nails, and Mimi was amazing and patient with the art and did a great job. She let me be picky with the colours and design too. I couldn't be happier with my nails. She's also been doing nails for 20 years! You can tell. I did my nails February 14th, today is March 12th and not a single nail has chipped. I plan on going back very soon. And will make them my main place for waxing and nails. My mom also got a pedicure here and was very pleased with her nails. However nail art pricing is a bit weird - intermediate art on all 10 of my nails was $20, but simple art on 2 of my mom's toes was $10.

There are many stations for both pedicures and manicures, and a room at the back for waxing. The first time I went, I got shellac done on my finger nails. It lasted for over two weeks with no chips. The second time, the shellac lasted maybe nine days. The third time I went, I got my eyebrows done. I felt like the worker was a bit rushed and didn't take her time to pluck the small hairs remaining on my brows. When I got home, I spent 15 minutes plucking hairs she claimed were too short to remove.
