Reviewing as the recipient rather than the person ordering the flowers. I have to say these flowers were a nice surprise. I didn't expect them at all, but hey, if I had, it wouldn't be a surprise now, would it? I was very pleased with the arrangement. The flowers opened up quite nicely and I placed them in my bedroom happily. That and the truffles were a real delight. I'm not sure I would use them though, but I think it's mostly a matter of distance. This is very south, so I'm honestly shocked that they deliver to my area. I guess that's another point for them. I went on Teleflora to get some flowers for a friend of mine who needed a pick me up. I wanted something nice and something that would get to her quickly. Teleflora got The Special Touch Flower ship to make the arrangement. So I ordered a cute flower arrangement that I hoped would cheer up my friend. I also attached an order of chocolates because chocolates always make me feel better no matter how bad I feel or even if I feel great. The chocolates were my one problem with the order. On Teleflora's website, it couldn't tell me how many pieces of chocolate would go with the order and I almost didn't buy it thinking it would be one piece of chocolate or something like that. I ended up adding it to the order and wishing for the best. According to the site, it couldn't say how much chocolate would be sent because many of its providers buy local sourced chocolate... i was thinking wow... gonna send her some nice gourmet stuff... it was lindor... which you could get from any supermarket. I was not happy when my friend showed me the picture of the chocolate. Still my friend loved the arrangement and I think it did its job at cheering my friend up (at least I think it did)... so in the end it was totally worth it. The arrangement did look nice. read more

I have tried multiple flower shops in miami and even sites like teleflora and 1-800flowers only to be disappointed that the flower arrangement l receive because it looks Nothing like what I ordered or the shipping sucks and the flowers end up arriving extremely late. I took a chance with this company and ordered on the 13th around 2pm some flowers to be delivered for the 14th. The website was extremely user friendly and the best part is the flowers LOOK EXACTLY TO WHAT I ORDERED and arrived early in the day with no issues! Was there recently and even tho customer service was great, delivery was not the greatest. I ordered some flowers to be delivered to my wife at work for our anniversary. Flowers didn't get there till after 5pm, had to call my wife and make up an excuse that they needed her back at work. Sad to say she was almost home when I called her. After all that the flowers weren't even like what they advertise on their website. Needless to say I won't be going back. Long story short, they called me the day AFTER mothers day to let me know they didn't have enough time to deliver the flowers because they were swamped... When i ordered 3 weeks before Mother's day. They offered me $10 off and delivery of the flowers... (which i paid $90).... or just a full refund and NO delivery of the flowers. I definitely took the full refund and let my mom know the situation and gave her another gift instead. In other words, dont let this be you with your mother/significant other/friend/loved one..
