(I have to disagree). When I simply asked about one tooth in particular, he very awkwardly scooted near my ear and asked if I remember how messed up my teeth were? Again, I would have to disagree. Out of all the teeth, two of them were misaligned. He also told me on one dreaded visit that he is "not a mind reader" I have to tell him "what I'm wanting". I thought I paid several thousand dollars for an expert at straightening teeth and not someone that needs the patient to explain how they want their teeth positioned! Worst of all, the retainer did not fit; they did not care to help with the issue. I took the retainer to my general dentist who took all the time in the world to make sure it fit just right. These are not near all the issues I encountered and I'm so full of regret for choosing this orthodontist to give my hard earned money to. Bottom line was it was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Once they realized I needed a crown to solve my issue, they asked if I had time to be there and get worked on between other scheduled patients. I left there that day with a temporary crown on and my pain relieved. That was 2 months ago and KOLB DENTISTRY is my new dentist!! They are fabulous and their staff goes above and beyond to help patients any way they can!!! After all that, they had trouble getting my insurance to pay but they worked through the issues on the insurance end for me as well. ALL AROUND THE BEST DENTAL PRACTICE I HAVE EVER USED!!
