I got a statement from my insurance, the thing that says this is not a bill but could be what you owe. Well they were charging me 2000 dollars of claims. I called my insurance and it was because they were submitting 5 sets of x-rays when they only covered one and that was because their equipment was not working and the pictures were not coming out very good so the doctor wanted different pictures. Needless to say I have never received a bill but if I ever do or did I would have fought it. When I was there they actually were having a conversation with an elderly couple about being over charged and they couple was upset. I should have realized there would he a problem with me. But I never got billed.

We did notice her teeth look kinda grey like a normal bruise would look so we went to the appointment and the doctor said she definitely bruised her teeth and explained what to look for and it should heal within a week or so and also said all of her teeth are fine (Keep in mind never did X-rays "because she is too small" is what the doctor said) so a month went by and we noticed her teeth are still the same color i called to try to make an appointment and they tried to tell me she isnt due for another appointment but i told them im worried because there still the same color finally got the appointment and same thing doctor said her teeth are fine that they are healing that it will take some time and said again her teeth are fine i asked can we do X-rays but they said she still to small so i trusted the doctor and gave it time but still nothing was healing i called last week and once again they told me shes not due for another cleaning till next month which is this month in July they tried to blow me off but i told them no that there is something wrong with my daughters teeth and i need answers they told me i can came in same day i called so we went again and the doctor looked at her teeth and said oh yea thats what i was afraid of that now she has to refer us to a specialist like seriously now your worried so we went to the specialist this past Monday and low and behold THEY TOOK X-rays!! Like why couldn't they do that at here access dental so the doctor came in and told us both her teeth need to come out because one of them is infected and ate away at her tooth and the other is starting to eat away so they needed to come out .so the appointment was scheduled for today and both her two front teeth are out and she is ok but what made us even more frustrated is that this new doctor (which we are not upset with them just upset with the situation) but they said her two front had cavities but because the infection killed off the cavity and it's frustrating because her old dentist kept telling us nothing is wrong with her teeth there all beautiful and healthy OBVIOUSLY THAT WAS WRONG BECAUSE MY BABY GIRL HAD TO GET TWO TOOTH EXTRACTIONS BECAUSE OF THERE NEGLECT!!!! DO NOT COME HERE FOR YOURSELVES OR BRING YOUR CHILDREN!! All this could've been avoidable if they would've have just taken x-rays when I made the appointment back in February her new dentist also said the same thing if my daughter was there patient they would've taken x-rays right away to make sure there is no infection this dentist office doesn't care about their patient and their well-being.
