DEANNE messed up…read moremy return two years in a row charged me extra to fix it cost me over $1500 in penalties and interest. Instead of discussing the situation with me, professionally, DEANNE blocked all of my phone calls and ignored my emails. When contacting her partner Jo Ann she seemed interested in trying to resolve the issue but during the course of three weeks Jo Ann came up with a plethora of reasons why she couldn't attend scheduled phone calls and scheduled meetings. We did not have words they did not ask me to stop calling. They just scheduled meetings and then didn't attend. Now I've been blocked and ghosted by both of them. This is not the end of my pursuit. I highly recommend if you're using them now to find another tax service or a real COA firm and if you're new and are consider using them in the future, this is your warning. They do not even hold a CPA's or tax license in the state of Colorado they are not registered with The Department of Regulatory Agencies. They merely hold a certificate with the federal government.
