Spinhouse is an awesome cycling studio in South Surrey. Although it can be expensive to sign up,…read morethe classes are always high energy in music, riders, and of course instructors; you are guaranteed to get a really good sweat. The instructors always encourage you to ride within your ability, but will get you to push yourself if you think you've got more steam to give. I also appreciate that the studio offers a variety of ride times - including later rides during the week for those who work during standard business hours. Pre-booking classes keeps you motivated to show up and get your body moving! The facility is really nice, always clean, and the front desk staff is super friendly and helpful. The locker space is a little small so it can get congested at check in/out times, but people are quite courteous about clearing out once they no longer need to be in the space. Overall, I am really happy with the level of service and the quality of all my rides here. It has been a refreshing change to my exercise routine and I recommend others to give it a try!

Shame shame. The front staff lady so sweet and thorough. Being my first time here, I paid a $5 intro rate which is incredible! She walked me through everything I needed to know! I didn't use their bar (that offered fresh juices) but I did uses their bathroom. Full of everything one might need (except the toilet had that pink ring around it which should have been cleaned). The studio itself is clean and very flawless. The selling point of this experience was the instructor, Breanna. Hands down, the best of the best. Half drill sergeant, half Tim Robbins. I never knew what to expect but I knew to leave it on the bike. She sang, she grinded, she pushed and inspired me! Hard work pays off and its because of instructors, especially people like Breanna, that push us to reach that. 100% recommend this place! Minus the washrooms, this place is top notch! Thank you, Breanna! Your motivation and

I've gone to this studio 3 times (hip hop, heels, street jazz) and the now closed Kits location…read moreonce (hip hop). Thoroughly enjoyed each class. The studio is airy and clean. They offer free de-caf free at the front and plenty of room to sit and wait for your class. There's such a wide range of selection for types of dances that there is one for everyone. You can choose what level you want and the ones I went to were all intro/open so they were beginner-friendly. Every instructor has been very nice. It's a judgement free zone and a great way to have fun!

I've always wanted to try hip hop dance and this opportunity came until this friend suggested me to…read morejoin him last Sunday. My friend J went quarter before 3 and I showed up little late when the dance session started. I wish there was a clear instruction before walking in. I was confused whether to take shoes off to change to indoor shoes or go into studios without my shoes and turns out I had to change to indoor shoes after arrival. Next step was filling out application form and if there was any medical history. I was ready for the session once it was finished. There was so much energy and the 90's hip hop was so perfect for this. Everyone wasn't first timers except for me and J. My instructor showed steps from slow speed and then the pace became quicker. It was little difficult to follow the steps and which direction to swing or to bend my legs. I nearly fell for the first 30 minutes , and then fell on the floor because of my poor balance. My only way to catch up is to observe my instructor or other people to improve dance steps. It was a fantastic work out for sure. Because there was only 1 fan, I felt very sweaty and humid in the dance studio. I only paid $10 for the first lesson and it was so worth it. Staff were nice and friendly. **Note: bring your old runners for the dance. Make sure they're clean pair. They have small change rooms so you can change into loose clothes. Water bottle is a must to bring. They even have a water station next to reception desk. I found myself overwhelmed that some moves were more of advanced level. Everyone else moved so fast I couldn't follow their speed. I found myself with a small bruise the next day.
