I decided to take one shirt down to see how they did, the guy working the shop was very helpful and understood what I wanted. So, despite moving from Southie to Somerville, I still play in my beloved Southie softball league. One of the league rules is that every team must have a uniform. So, I purchased 15 shirts from a professional connection, but the place I got the shirts told me it was too small of an order to do the screen printing and have numbers specific to each jersey (my guys are picky about that). So, I headed over to "The Spot" and met with Dave, the owner, who happened to be manning the shop. Don't be fooled by his age, this kid knows his stuff. He went trhough all the logistics with me in a snap, had everything in line to the penny, and even offered to help me out with some hats, which I was interested in. He told me everything would be ready in a week, and sure enough, he was faster than that. The logo was exactly what I wanted, all the numbers were correct to the proper shirt sizes, and the price was exactly what he had quoted me. As for the hat, once the rest of my team saw it, they all ponied up the extra cash for their own - and he is going to be able to spin those for us before our first game. Dave is professional, effiecient, and does great work. Anytime I need something like this done, I know right where to go. I emailed them within the hour requesting if they could rush the shirt within the next couple of days. Reuben emailed me back on the same day and said they would have the shirt done the next day. Went to the store to pick it up and the shirt came out perfect! They even double checked with me to make sure it came out the way I wanted before giving it to me. Went to The Spot again, this time for a much smaller order -- just 3 custom polos for our basketball coaches. The level of customer support -- this time from Dave -- was incredible for such a small $ order. They provided the same great consultation, design services and final product that I got for orders that cost $400+ for an order that was under $100. That speaks volumes to me. read more

This place is AMAZING. I ordered 100 t-shirts for a charity event I was doing and not only did the owner, Dave, keep everything affordable, he also helped clean up my design so it went from random-girl-who-majored-in-math-clearly-designed-those to WOW-how-much-did-you-pay-to-get-those-designed. The thing is, Dave didn't even charge for all the corrections and revisions to my design, even though he easily could have. I hope I have another need for custom t-shirts soon just so I can go back to The Spot. Another bonus - Dave got me my t-shirts (yeah... all 100) within like a week even though it was also St. Patty's weekend in Southie. If you know Southie, enough said. I needed 25 shirts printed within 4 days of my grand opening. Not only did it get done, but at a reason price and the print hasn't faded off after multiple washes (grand opening was in August 2017). The gentleman who took the order was super helpful and the designer checked in multiple times to ensure the design I wanted printed was exactly how I wanted it. The Spot Clothing is THE BEST. I called questioning whether they would be able to fulfill an order within a week, and Tyler said yes, so I was ecstatic. I submitted the online form, and within a few days I had a design emailed to me. Reuben was helping me with the design and he was very accommodating to my requests. Plot twist: on Wednesday (pickup was supposed to be Friday), I got a call that the distributor wasn't able to get one of the shirts I wanted in on time for the print. Tyler called me immediately to notify me. I tried searching for the shirt, but the design was out of season. Tyler heard my disappointment, and he told me that he would pick up the shirt I wanted from a local shop on Saturday- when The Spot Clothing is supposed to be closed. Not only did he find me the shirts, he had them printed that Saturday, and he even met up with me to deliver the shirts- he knew we were leaving on a trip Sunday. The whole experience with Tyler was phenomenal and The Spot Clothing is able to accommodate my small order, and still deliver exceptional service- I wasn't made to feel like my order was " too small." The shirts were a big hit at home, and on vacation in Amsterdam. I'll definitely be recommending Tyler to all of my friends and family, and to anyone who asks where I had my shirts made. I ordered a Southie shirt and a Southie sweatshirt for my cousin visiting from NY for the parade. When I got my confirmation, it said they'd arrive they day after he'd left. This place is terrific. I used The Spot to make t-shirts for my son's birthday party. Their website is super easy to use and has a good variety of colors, sizes, etc. But the real value-add is the customer service once you've submitted the order. I needed a rush order (within a week) and wasn't charged extra. The design I'd submitted was less than perfect quality-wise, so the guys at The Spot made significant improvements. They sent me the revised version to proof and approve before making changes, and called to make other suggestions around color, etc. The result was awesome, the price was very reasonable, and overall, this is an excellently run business. I didn't have a good experience I called for Tshirts and I needed them in a week told me it would be an extra 15 dollars to get them and I only needed 12 !!!
