I absolutely recommend getting work done here. I had a last minute request and not only did they completed the printing on a timely manner, but they've exceeded the expectation. Steven is an amazing guy who is down to earth and understanding. I went into the shop on Thursday with a duffle bag that needed my last name printed on it for the police academy, and received a call an hour later advising me that it was ready for pick up. the quality is amazing, and so is the customer service. the prices are great. really cant go wrong!! read more

Unethical. Unprofessional. Disorganized. Multiple tax liens against business owner Stephen E Jarbeau of Tewksbury, MA. Would not recommend that you trust your business image to someone that has such shoddy character. Maybe next time they will do the right thing and deliver when they say they will. Worked for multiple weeks with them to get a simple order of stickers made only to have to cancel the order when they yet again did not followup or communicate as they should have. They then proceeded to charge me for the stickers after I canceled the order. In the end I picked up the stickers and added them to my back stock. Do not rent the van here or do any business with this company. The business owner Stephen E. Jarbeau is very unethical, unprofessional and dishonest. He cheats our Uhaul rental cost. We rented 2 days, but he charged us 3 days. This man treated many customers badly. I am wondering how he is still in business. When we rented the van, we normally returned on the next day. The time of having the van is less than 48 hours, but we are willing to pay 2 days any way. We have problem renting a van in May. He charged us 3 days. He claimed that his staff did not see the van on Sunday. He came to work on Monday and saw the van at 9:00 am. That is not true. His staff did not check every van on Sunday. We never went there on Monday. We picked up the van on Friday May 3, 2013 around 2:27 pm and dropped off a little bit after 10:00 am and put the key in the drop off box. This is considered as 2 days, but we were charged 3 days. He put the return time on Monday May 6 at 9:00 am that is not true. Stephen, the owner confirmed that his worker did not see the van on Sunday. He saw it on Monday morning. That is dishonest. I confirmed that his worker did not check the van. My husband returned the Gas Grill at Peterson Party Rental that was on the van in the morning and then filled in the gas before dropping the van. We have evidences for these. He had no reason to drive the van back home to keep the van at home on another day. I confirmed that we dropped off the van on Sunday after 10:30 am. He parked the van against the wall opposites the back of his office building. I drove my husband's van with my nephew to pick up him at Flyer Unlimited where my husband dropped off the van and saw he parked the van and dropped off the key at the drop box. We then rushed out to Boston because we had to meet my daughter for lunch. We had lunch schedule with my daughter and her husband at 10:30 am in China Town and we then went to my mother's memorial services at Tufts Medical School. I have at least 5 witnesses on this case to confirm that the van was not at my house after 10:00 am on Sunday. My daughter and her husband and her friends (3) came back to our home on Sunday after the memorial and cooked dinner. We also have another 7 people at home who can tell that they did not see the van. On Monday morning I had a dentist appointment at 10:30 am and my husband dropped me off at the train station on 8:52 am train. He was not at Flyer Unlimited. The money is not much, but I do not appreciate the dishonesty of the worker and owner. We have been renting at this place 3-6 times a year for few years and ran into some problem once awhile. We will no longer do business with this company any more. read more

When the owner saw me, he remembered me, got the business card. Was friendly and professional.Never said a word about the fact that he has them for several months. Avoid this place like the plague and it's my fault as I should have read the other reviews first. I rented a U-Haul van from Flyers for a quick trip to pick up a snow blower. The van was fine, the price was comparable with other U-Haul providers in the area however, the customer service was horrible. Upon returning the van, I parked it next to the other trucks, where I thought it went. The owner/manager rolled up in a huff and told me quite rudely that I should have parked it in the back. I told him that I was never told where to return the van by the employee who rented it to me. He didn't have a response to that, rather he just snatched the keys from me, said he was "too busy" to check mileage, fuel, etc., and would just complete the transaction later. He stormed off and that was that. He never asked how the van was, was I satisfied with the rental, did I have any problems with it, etc.? Complete lack of respect for me - his paying customer! A simple "thanks for renting with us" is all I was looking for, especially given that I can (and will) go elsewhere. Don't patronize this place until they learn the meaning of customer service. read more

ALL OF THE GIRLS ABSOLUTELY LOVED THE TANK TOPS and our bride couldnt have been happier. The order was complicated and everything came out PERFECT.
