LOOK NO FURTHER: NATHAN at SASQUATCH is your go-to "Sprinkler Fix-it Guy." After pulling my hair, trying to repair two sprinkler values that suddenly stopped working, I began reaching out for bids. First guy took five minutes to diagnose the problem, and said I needed to replace all four valves in the box (but for a great price of $500). FORTUANTELY! The next guy to look at the job was Nathan (from Sasquatch). He took less than 10 minutes to DIAGNOSE & FIX a wiring problem. The Toquerville water meter app informed us that we had a small water leak somewhere. Our search…read morefor the leak revealed that there was standing water around the drip irrigation pipes next to the driveway. Last year I bumped the fake rock that covers those pipes, causing a water leak emergency that Randy from Sprinkler Master handled quickly and for a reasonable price. When I called Sprinkler Master, I explained the situation to Naomi and she quickly got us on the repair schedule. She was friendly and personable, and put my mind at ease, which is no easy feat. Terrell came out and dug up the area around those pipes and located the source of the leak. He went to work, ultimately outsmarting those tricky connections and solved the problem. He replaced the dirt, cleaned up the work site, and did it all with a friendly, helpful attitude and pride in his work. Even better, he informed me that this was a warranty repair so there was no charge. At a time in life when so many things seem to be going wrong and money is tight, this company, the employees, and their work ethic is a huge blessing.
