The Toquerville water meter app informed us that we had a small water leak somewhere. Our search for the leak revealed that there was standing water around the drip irrigation pipes next to the driveway. Last year I bumped the fake rock that covers those pipes, causing a water leak emergency that Randy from Sprinkler Master handled quickly and for a reasonable price. When I called Sprinkler Master, I explained the situation to Naomi and she quickly got us on the repair schedule. She was friendly and personable, and put my mind at ease, which is no easy feat. Terrell came out and dug up the area around those pipes and located the source of the leak. He went to work, ultimately outsmarting those tricky connections and solved the problem. He replaced the dirt, cleaned up the work site, and did it all with a friendly, helpful attitude and pride in his work. These guys are the worst sprinkler repair company. They came out to fix a leaky valve and charged me $250 for it. Less than 2 days later my basement was flooded from the same valve they "repaired". They then lied to there insurance company about what they did so they didn't have to accept liability. I didn't say one thing bad about them until they lied about the repair to there insurance company. I understand mistakes happen which is why you have insurance but once I found out why there insurance wouldn't take liability I was upset. They are as low as they come. Don't have insurance if you dont use it for accidents. I could be wrong and maybe it is a HUGE coincidence that less than two days after they were working on the valve my basement flooded due to that valve. I think not! read more
