First time to stay here! Great central location. Tram stops right in front of the hotel and the M3 line is less than 5 mins walk from the square. I loved that everything is walkable. The Hotel is clean we had our room cleaned every single day. They have a mini fridge, Nespresso coffee maker, a large flat tv screen, centralized AC/ heater. The bathroom is very spacious. Our room is quiet and no issues with noise. Staffs are very polite and helpful. The lounge has plenty of sofas and chairs for lounging. I definitely loved that they have the The Roof bar and Restaurant with a fantastic view of Milan. If you're a guest you get a priority over outsiders if you forgot to book a reservation. But reservation is greatly encouraged if you're planning on coming in for a dinner and you want a perfect view. Will definitely use this hotel again if we decide to stay in Milan on our next visit.

Stay away Terrible. Loud location with air conditioning that barely works. Stay at a brand name hotel it would be probably cheaper and the amentities would work. I do not recommend.

The quirky and original design, with high-quality cabinetry framed in aluminum studs, features good lighting and a very comfortable, radiant-heated bathroom with orange grout between light blue tiles. Enthusiastic, very courteous staff members could at times follow through more. (Cream for the in-room Nespressso coffee had to be requested three times, and the call from the desk for an early-morning taxi to Cadorna station for the Malpensa Express failed). The internal, courtyard-facing room was quiet, a blessing considering the construction noise on the external side. For the price, however, the room is too small, accommodating not even a reading chair. (A slightly smaller bathroom would have yielded a far more comfortable room.) Also not expected was the malodorous sewer gas from the bathroom sink (also encountered at the Hotel Ripa Roma). Is that a flaw in the Italian sanitation system? And as Rebecca H. of Westchester County observed on Oct. 24, 2022, the digital thermostat seems to have a mind of its own and doesn't retain the requested temperature, so that the room was often too warm.

A hidden oasis I in the heart of Milan…read more There's something about Bvlgari Hotel Milano that feels very Milanese: sophisticated, discreet, beautifully designed, and completely unfussy about its luxury. Tucked away on a quiet private street in Brera, the hotel feels almost hidden from the city, even though you're just steps away from Milan's fashion district and some of the city's best shopping and sights. We really loved that sense of being in the middle of everything while still having this peaceful little retreat to come back to. The service was one of the highlights of our stay, especially the concierge girls. They were incredibly helpful, attentive and knowledgeable, always making things feel effortless and going the extra mile when we needed recommendations or assistance. And then there's the garden-- which honestly might be my favorite part of the property. It's such an unexpected oasis in the heart of Milan. After spending the day walking around the city, coming back to the garden felt like a little reset. The gelato cart in the garden was such a charming touch and became one of those simple pleasures we really enjoyed coming back to. The design is quintessential Bvlgari: dark marble, teak, beautiful Italian furnishing, clean architectural lines, and that signature combination of glamour and restraint. It feels luxurious without ever trying too hard. Everything is polished, but there's still warmth and intimacy to the spaces. We also loved the atmosphere around the bar and garden. It has that effortless Milanese elegance-- chic and social, but never loud or pretentious. It's the kind of place where you can sit with a cocktail or gelato and simply enjoy being there. For me, what makes Bvlgari Milano special is that balance. You're right in the center of Milan, yet once you step inside, it feels like you've entered your own private world. Beautiful design, exceptional service, a gorgeous garden, and those little details that make the stay memorable. A true Milanese escape.

We were able to walk to major tourist sights, restaurants and boutiques. Anything that could not be accessed on foot could easily be accessed by subway, bus and tram. The hotel immediately feels luxurious from the moment you step into the lobby. All of the staff were so welcoming and immediately offered us beverages and snacks. The lobby is decorated very modern, but not stuffy. Jars of candy in the lobby gave the hotel a fun and playful vibe. Our hotel room were absolutely incredible! Our spacious, modern-style room was luxuriously decorated and included a large bedroom with desk, a sitting room, a massive closet and bathroom. Our spa-like bathroom included designer toiletries and the most heavenly smelling bath salts. The beds were so comfortable. Once I slipped into the hotel's bathrobe and slippers I was tempted to never leave our room! There is no sit-down restaurant at the hotel, but they do offer room service in the morning. Since we had an early flight we decided to take advantage of room service and enjoyed breakfast in our sitting room. Breakfast included our choice of coffee or tea, juice, eggs, breakfast meats, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal and milk, and pastries. The pastries weren't the best, but everything else was fine. If you wish to skip room service there are plenty of cheaper breakfast options near the hotel. If I ever have the chance to visit Milan again I will definitely stay at the Una Maison.

When we arrived, our room wasn't ready yet since we had arrived early for checkin, so we had to wait a bit. We were pretty hungry at that point, and since our room wasn't ready, the app for ordering food wasn't working for us. But the guest relations team stepped in, took our order personally, and made sure the food was delivered right after we got into our room. Honestly, they couldn't have handled it better. The location is also great, with a beautiful view of Milano Centrale station. Without doing any research, we were able to hop on the airport shuttle and get dropped off just two minutes from the hotel, which was incredibly convenient. Breakfast was amazing too. They even had a DIY juicer, which I loved so much I actually wanted one for my home. I'm not even a dessert person, but I tried the pastries and they were so good. Everything about this hotel felt thoughtful and well done. The service, room, the overall experience, everything was perfect! No complaints at all. Highly recommend!
