Bar area lacks personality and is a little bit cold in its surroundings. For food your best sat in the restaurant side. The restaurant wasn't even open, with the owner John busy repainting the dining room. I think he sensed our desperation and invited us on in. His wife came down and prepared the most delicious home cooked meal, including the best fish & chips I've ever tasted. This place is special and the owners are just the sweetest ever. We will not forget our experience and the kindness of the owners.
