I really love our full kitchen, our own washer and dryer, and the fact that there's so much storage space it's ridiculous. The staff is very friendly and they try to know you. Very welcoming and pleasant, Ms Patti is who really sold me and my roommates on the apartments. She answered every email and phonecall full of questions without question. There is a pretty nice pool attached to the offices (a small clubhouse sort of) and it's never really busy there. It's enclosed and overlooks the pond which is nice when you're just sun bathing. The staff even puts out beach balls, pool noodles, and water with lemon and other citrus slices in it. Overall, very happy to live here. The neighbors are friendly and I feel safe.

There are treadmills and stationary bikes with televisions set up for you to watch while you exercise, but the weight equipment is very limited. For me, the gym would do just fine, but for hubby (he lifts a good bit) the gym doesn't even come close to meeting his needs. So, if you're a lifter like my hubby is, you'll need to get a gym membership somewhere else. The restrooms for the pool/gym area are clean and well-appointed. There are regular showers as well as a steam shower, a changing area, and lockers. Although, I must say I'm confused by the lockers. They are there, but there are no keys in them. How one is suppose to use them, I'm not sure. I asked a resident who has lived there for quite some time and she said she had no clue where to get the keys or how one was to gain access to them. ?? You get more of a sense that your living in a more quiet part of town such as Ponte Vedra bc of the peace and quiet, as well as the 24/7 security and gate that you must either have a barcode sticker on your vehicle or go through the visitor lane and speak with security to get access into this hidden gem! As far as amenities go their is plenty to do. They have a pool with water fountain and outdoor jacuzzi accompanied by plenty of comfy lounge chairs for those who are looking to get a tan, they also have plenty of tables and chairs with shaded umbrellas that are perfect for those who want to make a full day of the pool and bring along a cooler packed with food and drink, and for those who want that extra bit of luxury they have a few covered marble huts complete with ceiling fans and tables and chairs. The best part is you don't need to worry about your kiddos wandering into the pool area with out you and accidentally drowning bc it's completely gated in and you need a fob to open get in! They also have awesome locker rooms that offer regular showers as well as a state of the art steam shower room, and hand washing areas as well as the obvious access to toilets, plus a huge changing area complete with benches by the lockers and outlets for all your hair dryers, etc. Then theirs the fully stocked gym with t.v.'s at pretty much every stationary machine in the gym, and if you just want to read a book in a cozy chair while your spouse or friend works out they have that as well! Then theirs the main salon where you can go hang out and play pool with you friends or whomever you meet here, might I add it's a very nice pool table...lol! They also have a ton of comfy seating in their as well as a huge flat screen tv hanging on the wall, plus a huge kitchen that is perfect for any time you want to though a party or wedding! I've actually seen people have their weddings here, and I'm not joking. All you have to do is call the office ahead of time and reserve the date that you want to hold your upcoming bash and then they will ask for a deposit in case anything gets broken, did I mention your party comes with a security guard to make sure only your guests and the people that you want their are allowed in on that day! everyone else is sol from the main salon on your party day! Once your party is over and everything is back in it's place the guard will do a run through with you before he locks it up at the end, ensuring you get your deposit back! $100.00 is a lot better of a price for all the stuff you get and can do at this space vs. other places I've seen! Then theirs the tennis courts and basket ball court, as well as all of the walking trails, not to mention if you have a dog you don't have to worry about buying your own poop bags as they have them located throughout the complex hanging above the doggie garbage waste baskets. Then theirs the location your right across the street from the Tinseltown theater and all of the restaurants, plus if you go straight across Southside Blvd. you have the Publix shopping center and CVS. If you go towards Gate parkway you can either go to the Tapestry park shops and restaurants, ie. Starbucks, III Forks, Orange Leaf, Jacksonville Running Co., or you could be at the St. John's Town Center just as fast. When I bought this condo it was a foreclosure, and the previous owners took every appliance that they could remove, but now that I've been here for three years I've made this condo my own! In the time I've been here the only time I've seen a fire/rescue vehicle was when someone is sick, and not for violence, that's a big plus in my book. One last thing I forgot to mention was that they have trash pick up three times a week as well so if you don't like taking your trash to the dumpster, here they will come to your door step three times a week and take as many bags of trash as you leave them!

Drive around the neighborhood and you can see stucco that looks like it melts off the house because of water damage. The foundation is cracked clear across the middle of my house. I have a leak between the second story, can't use the shower. They offer a one year warranty, even my car has a 3 year. My house did not even include light bulbs. Talk about a tight wad, but Macy does go on a fabulous cruise each and EVERY year. Whatever and whoever is the cheapest is who builds these homes. The design from the outside is not too bad, the inside is stuck in the 80's. Paid $100 sq. ft for it during the housing boom, now it's worth about $50. About half the homes went into foreclosure, driving the price down further. Who wants to pay for a house that is less than ten years new that is falling apart. How they've been in business this long is amazing. I would consider any other builder when buying a home. Seriously, just ask a few homeowners in prior built neighborhoods what they think.
