When I called to correct this, they said it will take 3-5 days to correct the order and 7-10 days to ship it to me. I was told by customer service, their website is set up to default to "ship to store" because as a company, they want the customers to come to the store... The whole reason to shop online is to avoid or an inability to visit a store and get your products shipped directly to you. I will NEVER shop at Sportsmans warehouse again as long as I live, and will tell every other sportsman I know "NOT TO SPEND YOUR MONEY AND VALUABLE TIME ON SPORTSMANS WAREHOUSE" I has simular experiences with them when I lived in Colorado If I could give them a zero stars, I would.

There was an associate that came out of the back room & I said I was going up to get help. I went to the checkout & asked the associate there if we could get help with the generators. He said yes & looked at the associate that came out of the back room. No one came over & that associate went over to help someone else. Apparently ammo or whatever it was is more important. We left & told the cashier that he can tell them they just lost a $500 sale and he just nodded & said ok. No I'm sorry, nothing. We will look elsewhere & that was the generator my husband wanted. No wonder you have a shortage of associates, because nobody comes back.

My grandmother's words, "I refuse to marry a rancher and get worked to feath." Her mother died on the new Texas place when Grandma was 11. Grandma went on with her sister and brothers, homesteading in New Mexico and Colorado. She finally settled with her brother in Iola, Kansas with the brother that broke his leg so badly falling off the New barn roof his dad sent him to optician school. His generations followed him into the trade. Born in Los Angeles, living on the edges, I made a career in the rural west. CENEX has been most places I have. I now live in Central Phoenix, AZ. Their fuel pumps are open when the main store opens. We fueled here July 12th and 13th, 2024. I didn't quite fill the tank on the 12th. We returned in daylight hours to top off - and step inside. Our nation is divided. Most people live in cities, obsessed with their tiny circles of life. They know nothing of rural life, making a living from the soil, the most Ancient hunting and fishing lifeways or guns for more than imagined threats generated by endless entertainment crime shows. This store is a VERY cool place. Mostly heavy duty, practical, useful items for work and wear. A total inventory for the outdoor people feeding and entertaining themselves hunting and fishing. Anyone can find useful items for work, wear or repair. The rural few need a little respect from the urban many. That's where food grows, that's where God lives. That's where it will take a very long time to create alternative machines that work and travel in country places.

Guns, pizza, other foods, typical gas snacks, good jerky, fishing gear. Basically like a bass pro but with gas and minus the aquarium haha.
