Run Run Run!!! We wouldn't go back to this place if they paid us…read more Oh where to start... I called All Pro Turbo Lining and Storage on Thursday July 19, 2012, inquiring about prices for a fifth wheel hitch and a bed liner. We had purchased a fifth wheel in Denver Colorado and had scheduled to pick it up July 28th. I also asked if they could have it done by Thursday July 26th. I was guaranteed that wouldn't be a problem. The girl on the phone asked me what kind of fifth wheel hitch I needed. I told her I just needed a standard fifth wheel hitch. There was a lot of confusion, so I told her I would talk to my fiancé and get back to her. My Fiancé and I planned to meet at the shop on the following Monday during his lunch hour to discuss what kind of hitch to purchase, since the employee clearly didn't understand what we needed. When we got there a girl came outside and told us they were going to lunch and would be back in an hour and a half. So my fiancé wasted his lunch hour since they didn't have five minutes to talk to us. I returned with my Mother-In-Law after their lunch hour. After almost 30 minutes of arguing the girl almost had my Mother-In-Law and I convinced we needed a Gooseneck Hitch, because of her persistence and extremely arrogant demeanor. I even called the salesmen at the RV dealership to have him tell her what we needed. She still insisted we purchase the Gooseneck. I told her I still wasn't ready to make a decision and I would have my fiancé call her. It wasn't until we printed a picture of what we needed and showed it to her that she understood. If we had listened to her we would have had a completely useless hitch in our truck. You would think an employee at this type of establishment would know the difference between and Gooseneck and Standard Fifth Wheel Hitch. It was Tuesday the 24th by the time everyone was on the same page about the hitch type. I asked again if they could still have it done by Thursday because we were leaving town Friday morning. I was assured and guaranteed it would be completely finished. Thursday morning we dropped off the truck. When I got off work I was horrified to see that the bed lining was installed, but no hitch. Only holes for the hitch. They told my fiancé that the manufacturer didn't send all parts and wouldn't be able to finish installation until Monday. Well, that didn't help us because we needed to pick up our RV before we accrued storage charges from the dealership. Because they had drilled the holes we couldn't just take the truck somewhere else to have a hitch installed. At that point we were stuck with them. We ended up having to pay $2.00 a mile (Denver CO to Rock Springs WY) to have the RV delivered since we had no way of picking it up. I told the owner of All Pro Turbo Lining he needed to at the very least discount what we had paid him since his company promised us a service that they couldn't deliver. If they would have simply told us they couldn't do it, we wold have gone somewhere else. Since they promised they could finish the job we went with them and it ended up costing us $800.00 in delivery charges. The owner said "You better believe I'm not going to pay for all of it." I thought this was a pretty bold statement coming from an owner that just cost their customers a lot of money. He offered us $200.00 off, and after a small argument we agreed on $300.00. To add insult to injury Tami called us on Monday to let us know the manufacturer messed up AGAIN and they parts wouldn't be here until Thursday (August 2nd.) when my fiancé called them back he spoke to the owner and he told us he would pay us back for HALF of the delivery charges since there were so many problems. He told my fiancé that since it was the manufactures fault they were going to reimburse his company for our delivery charges. So it wasn't coming out of his pocket anymore. After almost 3 weeks they complete the installation of the hitch. I called Tami to tell her I was bringing her the receipt for the delivery charges so they could write us a check for half the amount. She asked me how much the charges were and I told her $800.00. Tami replied " I can't believe they charged you that much, are you sure thats right?" This was my last straw with these people I hate being called a liar. I brought her the receipt and she would t take it because it didn't have a letter head. So I called the dealership and had them fax one to her, again she didn't approve. Even though it was directly from the dealership. She told me the owner was only willing to give us the $300.00 we agreed on, despite what the owner said about paying us half the charges. We just had to cut our losses. Long story short, if you want to deal with incompetent, rude, cheapskates that can't take responsibility for their mistakes, and won't get the job done for 3 weeks these are your guys! Absolutely disgusted. Save yourself the headache and just go to Salt Lake City.
