They hold up to being sliced in shorter pieces and stir-fried. One bag is enough for several meals Many bargains can be found here if you're adventurous enough to try new-to-you fruits and veggies. I recommend making a pass-through of the whole market before making purchases. Prices can vary from vender to vender. You can save quite a bit of money getting your produce here rather than at the regular supermarket produce department. That's if you are flexible in which veggies you purchase. Great! However, more weeks go by and again nothing shows up. So I get fed up, text Maceo and respectfully explain that I would just like a partial refund. He is apologetic and agrees. But... no refund ever comes. I text again after more than a week goes by without seeing any refund and get no reply. I am not sure what their deal is. I'm very disappointed and frustrated by the experience and hope it will eventually be resolved. The worst part of all is my brother missed out on this potentially cool gift that I spent time researching and thought would be so fun and unique.
