Everyone was pleasant and not overly fake nice. My stylist, (her name unfortunately escapes me as this is the first time we've met, I'll update later) was great. She gave me tips and seemed genuinely interested in my responses to her questions about myself. Much like the healthcare industry, they have too adopted the streamline distribution of duties/tasks in order to maximize volume. You will most likely have 2 different people helping with your style when clients are overlapped. As with everything else increasing, I feel a $60 charge for taking a couple inches off and a few wisps of long layers around the face and a blow dry is a bit exorbitant but these are the times we live in now. All in all, I was happy with the results and my experience and greatful for their willingness to accommodate me on short notice. I'd return again!

She was very careful and thorough and they came out beautifully.
