She is as sweet as she can be. Dr. Dunn is always ready to listen and talk with me on something I have concerns about, and going the extra mile to help me with a couple of conditions I have had for over 30 years. I would not go anywhere else. I haven't had one single issue with this office at all. If you need dermatology care, I highly recommend this business, and Dr. Dunn.

Can't say enough good things about him. Mara has removed DOZENS of suspicious lesions from my scalp (I am bald) by freezing with nitrogen. Very professional and reassuring. Then, randomly, I received a call a couple of months after my last inquiry and was finally able to schedule my first full body skin exam. The assistant was friendly enough, but I could tell she seemed frustrated that my appointment was toward the end of the day. When Taylor came in, she was very kind and personable, but the actual exam was incredibly brief. It lasted less than five minutes and did not feel very thorough for what I expected from an entire body skin check. I left wondering whether this was simply because they were at the end of a long day or if this is their normal process. I would have given zero stars if it weren't for how friendly Taylor was. A few days later, I received a call from someone involved with the other side of the business. Unfortunately, that interaction was even more disappointing. She was condescending and rude when I asked questions, and once again, communication and response times were extremely frustrating. I wish I had read the reviews before scheduling. So, after my dad pointed out a "weird " mole on my shoulder while I was visiting, I went to see Dr. Herdener to get it checked out. Unfortunately, Dr. Herdener suggested it be removed (which I was not thrilled about, but I'm also a fan of better safe than sorry). So did I trade the big, ugly mole for a big, ugly mole-shaped scar? Not even close! Somehow the good doctor managed to magically stitch my shoulder up in such a way that other than a slightly pale mark, it's as if the mole was never there. I really appreciate that while he's a doctor, he's also aware that aesthetics matter. I ended up finding this one based off recommendations on an online forum and I am so glad I did because they have this amazing hybrid tanning bed that tans you at the same time as delivering red light therapy. It has lots of fans on it so it keeps you pretty cool during it and not overheating. The bed is nice and clean and the room is private. The bed can go up to 12 minutes and I never feel burned. I even allow the face tanner which I didn't before since this one has different intensity levels and again, is offering red light on your face. You can book your sessions online or in person, I've done both. It's $140/month for unlimited tans and they're open 6 days a week I think, from around 9:30-5pm. I always try to get in first thing to keep it easy. So far everything has been seamless to do and they will text you deals as well. I'm excited to try other things here but for now I really enjoy this.
