I googled and ordered a spray from a florist on a website thinking it was a local shop. The florist I settled on didn't have reviews, so I called to verify that the spray would look as pictured with real flowers. It was confirmed that it was exactly as pictured. To make a long story short, I received a call from Alan at Diamond D and learned this "local florist" was actually just a website. It would have been impossible for Diamond D to create the spray I had purchased for the price that was quoted. Alan created a beautiful spray full of the pink shades that Mom loved. Lesson learned....shop locally! And if you are in the Hugo area, shop owner Melissa's, Diamond D and ask for Alan!

I am IRATE at the arrangement I received! I ordered it directly through the funeral homes website,…read morethat stated they would use a local florist, with the expectations that in my absence the arrangement I selected would send a grand gesture of sympathy to my family for their loss, however, when I received a photo of the so called arrangement I sent I was immediately upset at the fact I just paid $132 for them TO SHOVE A HANDFUL OF FLOWERS IN A VASE THAT RESEMBLES NOTHING EVEN REMOTELY CLOSE TO WHAT I THOUGHT I WAS PURCHASING!
