The barista was absolutely a delight to talk with, she had the best energy and a wonderful sense of humor and made us laugh so hard. She knew exactly what we wanted with our coffees and made it to perfection. Give that girl a raise, we all said! Our coffees were SO tasty, with a good balance of espresso, milk, and tasty syrup! I was hoping to find an awesome donut shop in Paris, TX, but alas, that was not the case. While the prices were great and the staff was friendly, the donuts were average at best. The cake donut was very soft, bordering on underdone. The cinnamon roll was pretty tasty, basically a glazed donut loaded up with cinnamon. My wife had a glazed donut, which she said was fine. My young son devoured his frosted sprinkle donut- he was definitely the happiest of our group. I'm hoping that we just caught the shop on a bad donut day. If nothing else, the donuts are cheap and plentiful. We ate in, but there is a handy drivethru if you need a quick donut. Credit is accepted for transactions $5 and up.
