So was very glad when we showed up around 12pm (2pm is check in) they were able to confirm we were there for our stay along with holding any luggage we had so we could go around a bit. Around 1:30pm we were notified we could check into our room and that was great since we wanted to freshen up! Staff was very accommodating and was able to understand my terrible Tagalog and spoke English when needed. Room was very nice and clean, we didn't realize we needed to use our hotel room key to activate the lights and power so that was nice and interesting. The bathroom was stocked with dental hygiene utilities and we even had a spray for the toilet for easy cleaning. Bed was very comfortable to sleep on and our view was of the city from the 6th floor and it was just okay nothing that interesting. Issue we ran into was the TV remote wasn't changing the volume so I had to dig into setting to figure out how to adjust it. There's no Microwave so make sure to finish any food you have or don't refrigerate it so you can have it room temp. The included Breakfast Buffet was the HIGHLIGHT of the stay, I had thought the food would be the same as the first day, but surprisingly they switched it up with other food for variety. Loved that. Food included a mix of Filipino and American food and honestly is the only best breakfast buffet I've had in Bacolod. For dinner options they feature a Roof Top Bar which included indoor and outdoor seating (Indoor for AC) The menu was mostly Tapas and a few entree dishes but for the price you're paying def get the tapa items and share among your group to get a little taste of everything. Great experience and great price, would definitely stay again when I come back to Bacolod.

So requesting for a quiet room for accommodation is impossible. Room is spacious. Dirty shower curtain, faucets, knobs and torn bed linens. Water pressure is strong. Don't like the toilet seat. Doesn't look like it's ideal to be used in a hotel room. Hotel staff are friendly. The front desk people just need a little gracefulness when speaking to Guests in person or over the phone Booked via agoda. Just realized that I should have changed the rate from dollar to peso. I was overcharged when paying in foreign currency. Taxis on standby outside the hotel. Just across the street is mo2 bar, citimall, bowling alley and some grocery stores. Free toiletries in our room. Maintenance staff is extremely slow, and maybe does not exist. I checked in late, refrigerator out of order, smelly and moldy. Tried to plug in chargers and found that half the sockets do not work. Did I mention there was NO HOT WATER? Hotel is often booked with large weddings, business and family gatherings. Rooms are large and accommodating. The hallways are tile floored and long, so thus noisy. Always check that the shower and/or bathroom has hot water. The breakfast buffet and food in general really needs improvement. The chef or manager is never present in over 40 days of staying in the hotel, off and on for six months. The kitchen staff, in the kitchen, always seemed to be standing around. How is this possible? The quality of the food is inferior, compared to other hotels in the area. I definitely would recommend large groups to have food catered from outside. By far, the food service is the worst part of this hotel.

You get a smallish room with single bed, cable TV, hot and cold shower, and plenty of storage space to store your clothes. The frontdesk staff are really courteous and very efficient. The guards are great too as they know the schedule of the buses going to Cebu or Dumaguete. They also have a mini-bar that sells soda, mineral water, chips, etc. for cheap. The place also has a spacious lawn with great lighting, perfect for that selfie! The hotel is a bit far from the main road but is accesible by foot that'll take you around 5-10 minutes. The location is good as it is near banks, restaurants, fastfood, oh and the Bacolod City Lagoon. It's also near Bongbong's Pasalubong Center so you can easily buy piaya, biscotcho, barquillos, napaleones, etc. All in all, if you're not to picky or travelling within a set budget, you'll find 11th Street Bed and Breakfast more than adequate for a short stay.
