We did not ask for a realitor, one was prompted by one of the houses we wanted to tour. She showed us a couple of houses that same day, then emailed us with a couple of potentials. Zillow asked to rate her, I gave her 5 stars. For round two of touring, we were told a 24hr notice was needed, for all three houses we wanted to tour. Not a problem, we could wait. I've made it clear to her from day one we were just looking to see what our options were, fix our old house or maybe move to turnkey. She cold group texted me Saturday night with a loan officer named Kristina Fatica​. They wanted to pre qualify me, I declined. They didn't accept that and pressured me saying if I didn't go through the pre qualification process I couldn't look at any houses. I reminded Gabrielle and told Kristina that we weren't asked to pre-qualify for the houses we had already seen. They both continued to push the issue, belittling me being very condescending. First it was because the owners required it, then it shifted to, that I didn't know my numbers. I told them we were good on our numbers and didn't need 'their help'. They wouldn't stop pressuring me or belittling me. I'm a retired customer service manager with over 30 yrs experience. These days, I let a lot of thing slide, but these two gals deserve this complaint. Very unpro​fessional. Maybe it was that Gabrielle thought she was waisting her time, or didn't care to drive to the locations we were interested in. Obviously we will not be using her anymore and hope she never treats another client the way she and Kristina treated me.

Communication was consistently strong and we were always in contact with someone/the entire team along the way. We worked with Lori & Alexa who also helped us navigate documents and important deadlines. The GHG evaluation system for homes captured everything important to consider when purchasing a home and we learned so much about what to look for when checking out a home. Craig was straight-up, incredibly knowledgable, and clearly looking out for our best interest. He took us to see quite a number of homes that day and even had snacks and waters to keep us going! Unexpectedly, and uncommonly, we found a home from that weekend's trip we wanted to put an offer on. Craig jumped right in and guided us through the 'make-an-offer' process. He worked incredibly hard to negotiate on our behalf and was able to coordinate inspections and video walk-throughs for us when we couldn't be physically present. We were always promptly and transparently well-informed and advised. We never felt pressured or persuaded to make any decisions. Craig and the GHG team presented the facts and gave recommendations based on 20+ years of company experience--always looking out for our best interest. They were 'real' and weren't out to "sell us" on anything. Even during the rent-back process, the team coordinated with the other realtor to work with the sellers on transitions and key dates. It was super fun when Jesse and Lori were already at the house when we arrived to pick up our keys--what a thoughtful surprise! To top it off, they came with a whole container of new home goodies and essentials for us to use while we settled in (and even had some for our dog!)
