I usually receive good service, but I did have one week where an older woman did my nails, and I wasn't thrilled. I thought she filed my nails unevenly. The last time I was there, one guy started to remove my gel polish...then asked me to move over a chair, and he started with a new client. I waited over 15 minutes before another guy came to finish my manicure. I didn't say anything because I was wanting to see why they made me wait, how they handled my lengthy wait, etc. I m guessing an appointment came in, and they bumped me for her. Fortunately I was able to wait it out. But I - and most others - don't appreciate being pushed aside; it's poor service to start with a client if you know you have another coming in shortly. I guess I'll see if I have any more service issues and need to look elsewhere. As for the manicure itself, everyone has done a beautiful job (excluding what I noted above). I usually ask for a leopard print mail on each hand, and it always looks great!

This is a great shop with some very talented artists - their prices are fair and they definitely…read moretake care of repeat customers. The entire tattoo process can be scary to first timers, but they're all friendly and will make it as painless (ha!) as possible. Each artist has several photo albums of their work available to look through and you should definitely go through them to get a feel for what styles the artists excel in - I'd say all three can do just about anything, but Ed is the man for old school designs, Hawk will nail anything Native American influenced, etc.

I was recommended to Kim by someone I met while I was getting coffee and I'm SO happy they did. Kim took her time to address my concerns. I had a strip of my hair that didn't take well to another bleach process and it's where I had a grown out shadow root. So it was brassy and yellow. I was hoping to come in and get the brassiness toned down by processing my hair again. Kim took so much time of her day to get me to where I wanted to be. Mind you I have had stylists tell me this before and then they can't. Kim processed my roots and the brassy strip once. It definitely bleached my roots but the brassy part was holding on for dear life. She dried me and then went through a second process with foils on just the brassy sections. This time it took pretty well you could hardly tell there was any brass left. THEN SHE TONED ME. After that she cut my hair, dried me AND CURLED MY HAIR. You guys...my hair is the most beautiful shade of blonde ALL OVER that I've ever had in my life. I was in Kims chair for a good maybe 5 or so hours. She took her time and did SUCH an incredible job. I will be coming to see Kim all the time now. Thank you SO much Kim you have resurrected my blonde to a whole new level!!
