Yesterday, I was in the Emergency Room for 7 hours for my 94 year old mother who was in severe…read morepain. They prescribed Hydrocodone and sent the Rx to Walgreens. We stopped by about 2 hours later and they said it was not ready, but told me how to how to receive a text message when it is ready. I did that because she needed it as soon as possible. Unfortunately, she went through the whole night in major pain without the medication. I was notified at 10:22 this morning that it was ready. By that time, we were already back in her doctors office waiting to be seen. It seems like with major pain relievers like that, if they were not going to be able to fill the prescription sent in by the doctor on the same day, they should contact you or the doctor so some alternate plan to get some kind of pain relief could be figured out.

Doesn't matter if you're an hour early or here 10 minutes before; you won't actually get in to your…read moreappointment til 30 minutes after the time you're scheduled for. They'll also charge you and your insurance even if all they do is tell you "there's nothing we can do," and then dismiss you.

However more importantly, the dentist failed to tell me that I had an infection in my mouth, and I needed a root canal. I went to another dental place and it was night and day. From my experience here the other dental offI've treated me so so much better. They acted like they cared. 1,000,000,000,000% better treatment at the other place than here. I will never return to this dental office again.
