Great bikini wax with Alexis. She was friendly, welcoming (despite my coming in with a Groupon--…read morethe salon must have seen hundreds of similar customers in the last few months!) and was very responsive to my questions. Plus the wax itself was surprisingly UNpainful-- lovely oil treatment to protect the skin, quick work stripping off the hot wax-- in fact, the only bikini wax in my life that hasn't left me traumatized, nursing a glass of vodka afterward. (I opted for fro-yo at Frae today instead). Bravo, and thanks again!

I went to the Tanning Shop on Notting Hill Gate for a spray tan. I opted for dark with an…read moreaccelerator. I showered about 6 hours after having it done (recommended minimum with accelerator is 4 hours) I had absolutely no tan at all apart from a little on my arms and chest. I called the next day and asked for the manager. She told me that they don't do refunds and to call customer services. I asked for the number which she said she didn't have!!! I emailed as I couldn't find a number online. They have been emailing back and forth about what shower gel I must have used for the tan not to take. I have done this tanning system (mystic tan) many many times at Heidi Klein and it works great on me. Either something is wrong with their machine or someone didn't put the colour cartridge in correctly. Again they said they don't do refunds and offered me another tan. I don't live in London so I don't want another tan and I don't want to waste time going there anyway. I'm now on holiday and ghostly white! and they won't even give me my £15 back. What a crap place! Give it a miss.

The staff is friendly and you feel at ease at all times The treatments are not cheap but considering the quality very reasonable.

WHAT A RIP OFF !! Having been there a year ago (if that) they charged me £55 for top leg and bikini…read more!! I was asked if I would like hot wax which assumed was what they would use when waxing anyway and afterwards went to Reception to pay and was told it was going to be £55 !! Absolute sheer down right robbery. The girl at Reception was on a earpiece and talking to someone else and didn't look at you and I refused to pay such an amount of money so they did give me £5 off but I absolutely refuse to pay for their business rates, rentals and rudeness. The girl who waxed was good as are most but the price was way over the top. NEVER AGAIN. VERY ANNOYED to be taken for a ride.... Allison
