I have made multiple calls talked to the manager she was as helpful as possible, but there district manager was suppose to call me back and has yet to do so and it is about 2 weeks since I have talked to the manager. The man that did my return put the wrong account number on half my paperwork. The last time I called the women that answered asked if I was in the about this yesterday. I was not the person in there the day before which means someone or multiple people in there have done it more then once! I paid $364 for my taxes to be prepared for me and was told I would receive them by Febuary 27th. When my husband called the next day to tell them they gave us a $75 credit towards our taxes next year and the manager told my husband that the district manager would call the IRS and get us a paper check to assure the money doesn't go into the wrong account number since half the paperwork was wrong. H&R Block needs to give me a full refund for all the trouble that they have caused especially because I will not be ever using H&R Block again so that $75 credit is a waste. I have still heard nothing from the district manager and I have 0 update on when I will be receiving my tax refund. I plan to call corporate number because the district manager has failed to fix this problem and I have already sent in a IRS Complaint form about this situation!
