This place was alright. The recliner seats are nice and food wasn't bad just overpriced. The volume…read morein the theater was way too loud for the space. The bathrooms however were like something out of a nightmare. I'm talking walls, doors, everything was filthy. And I don't just mean the usual messy, toilet paper on the floor, unflushed toilet, etc. that you get on a busy weekend. No. There were layers and layers of dust, debris, and questionable stains on the stall doors, around the sinks. Looked like it hadn't been actually cleaned in decades.

If I could do zero stars I would. I grew up coming to this theatre, loved the vibe and everything…read moreabout it. This place is a shell of what it used to be. The bathrooms to start are absolutely disgusting. I genuinely don't think they've been cleaned since it became golden ticket. Second, multiple theaters have screens, projectors, speakers that are broken and malfunctioning to the point that the movie isn't even enjoyable. Twice now I've bought tickets, drinks and popcorn and had to either refund or get a rain check. The first was a year ago and the speaker was crackling, I bring it to the attention of the workers and they say they knew but there's nothing they can do about it. Second time was today and the frame rate of the projector was completely off. The previews looked like stop motion animation. Again I bring it to the workers and the same answer. That's the techs job and he's not here. They knew it didn't work correctly and still sold tickets, popcorn and drinks to that movie. They offer a different showtime or refund so you come back and spend another 30 dollars on food and drinks. Both times a manager is nowhere to be found. I was told today they don't have a manager it's just them. I feel for the workers because who ever is in charge of this place has thrown them to the wolves. I hate what has happened to this place but from now on I will be making an extra hour trip to a theater that at the very least, values their customers and employees more than to make them play another round of "guess which theatre is going to be broken today".
