The woman who answered the phone was fantastic and really explained what I needed to do in a user-friendly way (unlike the mortgage company which has been zero help). Said they could do next steps for me if I wished, but also explained the process, where to go, who to see, what papers to bring, so I could do it myself. Super helpful! Said callback if I had further questions and I don't doubt they would be just as helpful if I hit more road blocks.

Answer a few standard questions, chat about your impending death, and whammo! You've got yourself a legally binding will, power of attorney, health care advance directive, etc. Betsy also told us everything about death we wouldn't have even known to ask. Plus, she and her husband even come to *your* house for a signing party so you get the documents right away. It wasn't cheap, but check to see if your company has a legal plan (ours paid for almost everything!). But it was thorough, painless, and quick. Just like I hope that impending death of mine will be.
