They had them all ready and boxed up for me when I arrived. I should have checked them before leaving the store. My mistake for trusting them. I called to return them on the principal that they were not the condition I was expecting and received a call back from the owner. She stated that "the girls double and triple checked them". I felt like she didn't believe me about the condition of the shoes. She didn't want to see a picture or anything. THe explanation was that sometimes the girls step out the back door to model them.
