DO NOT USE TICKET CLINIC!!!! Hired these guys for a speeding ticket back in 2018. Last I heard from them was October 2018 saying my case would be continued. They never got back to me. Now it's 2024 and my license is being suspended. Paid the now increased cost of the ticket. Sanction not being cleared, and no way to get a hold of Orange County. I contacted these guys and Seminole County and they give me phone numbers that no one answers. I should have just paid the ticket and not bothered with these guys. What a pain! read more

Honestly, using The Ticket Clinic made my situation worse. With a near flawless driving record and other extenuating circumstances, I was in a good position to have my ticket amended and the fine reduced through leniency of the court. When originally consulting attorney Ramsey, he promised just that a month ago. During the day of the hearing, he neither presented the letter I provided, nor asked for an amendment of the fine. He spent less than 20 seconds when my name was called. I can't speak for the totality of lawyers who work with this company, however, this was what my experience was like in the hearing with this attorney. I would have been better off advocating for myself. I am not at all pleased with the level of advocacy from the firm, and didn't feel that my representative tried to advocate for me.The outcome wasn't better than what I could have obtained on my own selecting option 4 of the citation option (Traffic school election + court fees). There wasn't an attempt to change or amend ticket type. There wasn't any attempt, or evidence of the attorney communicating with the officer. In fact, the officer looked a bit shocked at how quickly that went and probably expected negotiation of some sort. The totality of my experience, and outcome would lead to me recommending other legal firms. I felt that the attorney advocated more for reductions/amendments for other clients who had more extensive incidents in their history. My case was one of the final ones called, and the attorney was checked out and ready to sign off the Zoom meeting with as much apathy as the law enforcement officers who were in attendance. I've escalated my concerns to management/customer service for a potential resolution, and will update this review with the outcome. 6/22 I spoke to Ted L. Hollander, who appears to be a senior attorney/owner within the law firm. I could tell from the start from his tone, and direction of the conversation that he was seeking to simply discover facts about what happened only to defend the position of his law firm and wasn't interested in discussing a resolution. The conversation wasn't productive, and he exhibited a low level of emotional intelligence, consistently interjected and interrupted during the phone call. There was no attempt for resolution, but he only inquired about permission to speak about my case which I denied since it is clear his intent is only to try to respond in defense of his law firm. This modified review now stands at 1 star, and I would encourage people to look at other critical reviews which share a similar theme in pointing out the lack of advocacy, disorganization, and professionalism within this firm. read more

In my honest opinion it was a complete waste of time and money. Customer service was horrible and all that happened was they extended for 5 months and still had to pay same price. If you're reading this, you've probably already made an unwise decision that has you seeking legal help. I strongly suggest that you do not make another one and just try your best to gather an extra 1k-2k for a better law firm that will communicate with you about the stressful process you are about to go through with the legal system. You may be swamped with other fees as a result of your ticket, but trying to find a better law firm and paying the additional money will at least give you peace of mind that your situation will be resolved in your best interest in the long run. Would NOT recommend at all if you suffer from any type of anxiety disorder. I found at 4:38 pm, the day before my disposition, or sentencing, that it would be beneficial for me to show up at my court appearance--only because I reached out inquiring about documentation that I seen through a public records portal. Paid my fee to hire these clowns. All I got was a warm body to appear for me. Didn't even argue the fact my ticket had several errors on it. Such as, ticket stated the speed zone was 55 mph when in reality it was a 70 mph zone. Also stated it was a construction zone and in reality it is not. Found guilty and $369.00 fine plus points. I can't say anything good about my experience with them, because there wasn't anything good about it. Ticket clinic charged approximately $100 to "represent" me in court. In the end I had to pay the full cost of the ticket on top of their $100 fee because they weren't able to get the ticket dismissed. If you had to take it within the last few years for them to get you out of it you have to take the driving school they never told me that. Their law firm is a scam. It costed me more going to them than it would have been if i handle the ticket myself. They did nothing for me, they were rude, horrible communication, and cost me a lot more money than it's worth. I call to get answers and their response is nothing they else can do for me. Horrible law firm I'm extremely disappointed. I never even met with the lawyer only talked to the person at the front desk who doesn't call to inform you of court dates i had to call them to find out then they sent me an email. What a waste of time and money. This ticket clinic is out of the Daytona Beach Florida area. Had a ticket for about $160 and tried this firm because of good reviews. My mistake was believing their own hype and their self reviews in their own fliers that I received in the mail. Paid them their fee of $75 dollars. After four reassigned court dates and 5 months later they land me a no violation or points (ok) buuuttt got hit with a court bill and fees equal to the ticket amount and ticket remains on record Insurance companies LOVE THIS. This is my 2nd ticket in my entire driving history and I've been driving for over 30 yrs! Lived for most of that in an sophisticated location with lots of traffic and I drove daily. Needless to say I will never recommend these guys. It appears that it's like a crap shoot to hire these traffic ticket gold diggers. Not anything that they have any real ability to litigate. Not worth taking this rollercoaster of an expensive ride. You fare better by smartly representing yourself in court for a small drivers citation. They will send a lawyer to the court and he will on behalf of you go to the officer and try to negotiate the citation in a way that you don't have to pay full amount and you get no points but you pay half amount and get out.. The officers will be willing to do the negotiations but in no case they will try to dismiss your charges completely.,,until you yourself go there with the lawyer and say no I dont agree ..I am willing to go into a TRAIL.. Then he may fight with you asking a few questions about the situation when you got the ticket and trying to get it dismiss. This is what happened to me, luckily I went there or I would have to settle up with half charges and no point for a ticket. If you want your ticket to be dismissed and you know it was a minor citation..go yourself, don't leave on the lawyer as he only negotiates never tries to get it dismissed. read more

When I hired this company, I honestly expected to have my case dismissed or at the very least handled with no school or points accumulated on my license or my money back (per their terms of service). Well, I didn't recieve any points, but not only was my ticket not dismissed, I recieved school and still had to pay a fine for the same amount as originally cited. I could have paid the fine and attended school (without their assistance) for the same result. I haven't been able to get a response from them about what happened during their court appearance on my behalf, other than a letter informing me of the verdict. They seemed strangely positive in the letter, given the fact that they were essentially telling me I lost my case. Also, no mention of a refund. So, basically I paid them for nothing.
