I just used them to dismiss a minor infraction but between their $99 fee and the court cost of $140, it ended up costing me more than the ticket itself. I should've just taken the little 4 hour online course to avoid the points and paid the ticket instead of using these people. This is hit or miss but I'd recommend just paying the ticket instead of hiring this firm. I hired them for 2 tickets I got making a right turn on a red light. They weren't able to get either dismissed so now I have to pay $277 per ticket plus what I already paid them for their "service". They mentioned they had a 99% success rate on this type of ticket so I guess I fall under the 1%? Lesson learned. read more

I have used ticket clinic for all my moving violations - a couple speeding tickets, an illegal turn, etc both in Dade and Broward counties. They have always done an excellent job and have always been able to get the cases dismissed and no points. I got a speeding ticket two months ago and my colleague suggested this attorney to me since I was actually on a business trip and can't go to the court after I left FL. I had hired Glenn Reid to zealously represent me in court over a year ago. Every time I spoke with him, he was clueless to what I was talking about. He would reply "how come this is the first time I'm hearing this?" Then I would say something to remind him and all of a sudden he would not have time to discuss it. Very cleverly, he represents himself as criminal and tax attorney. He is making people fool and also ruin the cases. Actually he is a driving license attorney and is not worth $49. He misleads his clients and try to charge money as soon as possible. His only aims to make money not the giving good service. He spoils many cases however he does not realize the customer's panic. Can't recommend. It's a hit or miss with them. I paid them 125.00 for a red light camera and AFTER2 years I get a letter from them in July saying they won the case. Since July they have been sending me emails every other day asking me to leave a review. Just when I was going to do it I get a letter from the county saying my license will be suspended in 2 weeks. I called their office to ask what was the suspension about and the rudest customer service lady said that the one that they won was for 2 years ago and just now they are letting me know. The suspension is for another red light ticket that they lost. So I have to pay court costs of 300.00 in addition to what I paid them. The same thing happened to my friends. Ticket clinic lost in court after paying them plus court costs. It's cheaper to just pay the ticket once you get it. Won't recommend again to anyone. I'll just pay the ticket. ABSOLUTELY NOT! Do not waste your money on these people. They are true scam artists. They make it seem like you are golden and no worries and they will handle everything and then you get slammed with additional costs. And I have had a clean record for over 17 years! Lesson learned, if you have a good to decent driving record - DO NOT USE ticket clinic. If you have a terrible driving records, then yes, they are probably a better bet than representing yourself, but otherwise, REPRESENT YOURSELF. It will come out costing less and you will very likely still get no points or school (again this applies to good driving records). read more

Great job! I got a red light camera ticket in Aventura (home of the red light ticket!) for making a right hand turn on red. I paid a one time fee that was far less than the citation itself to the Ticket Clinic and literally let them do the rest. I just got notification that they got the charges dismissed and I do not have to pay the ridiculous $280 fine associated with the ticket. Woo hoo!! I would not hesitate to call them again. I have used them twice, once for a speeding ticket and then another time for a red light camera ticket. Both of my tickets were dismissed with no points added to my license. I cannot comment about their criminal case services, but if you have tickets I would tell you to call. When it came to my speeding ticket I ended up paying about the same price as it would be if I just paid the ticket. With the red light camera ticket, I paid the fee to retain them and no additional fees after court! it was awesome! read more

If you think you will get individual attention from an attorney, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Near scam level promises made, little to no results delivered. Cha-ching Ticket Clinic. Maybe, you don't see negative reviews on these guys because people are afraid to piss off attorneys for fear they will get sued. But the truth is the letter from "my" attorney was 'electronically signed by an assistant,' or so was the excuse I was given for shortfalls in the letter that I received telling me they were not able to dismiss my speeding ticket. I was informed that I "might" be able to attend driving school to keep a pt off my insurance, but no instructions as to how to find out if I'm eligible. They said to check with the DMV, but the DMV website said check with the court??? Sorry, but people who Pass-The-Buck is one of my pet-peevs. Especially when one of those is somebody I'm paying to represent me. A phone call latter I learned that if I had not been to driving school in the past 18 months, then I'm eligible. Why not just say so in my letter?? You'd think if these guys were professionals they'd have it figured out by now how to communicate clearly what a client needs to do to resolve the issues we paid them to represent us for. That, and the date driving school "must be completed by date" what not filled out. What a crock. They run us through their system like cattle, collect the $$, and forget you. read more

Received a ticket for passing on the right at a red light, no traffic was affected by my doing this action. I was on a motorcycle and there was plenty of room to get by safely. This was during bike week in Daytona. The bike cop did not want to hear anything just stated this was illegal. I did some research on the statutes and found the statute says passing on the right is okay if done safely and you do not leave the roadway to do so. This will be my first and worst experience. Trust me, the customer reps don't let you talk about your problems, they somehow try to rule you out and make you believe that they will get everything done. I got a speeding ticket for approx. $240, I paid these guys around $180 and they assured me they would dismiss the ticket, and also I quote, Mr. Jose Santiago, "Sir, I assure you, the court costs would be far less than the original fine imposed on you, at the most it will be up to amount of the ticket or a little more in very rare cases". Assuming my case is rare, the court costs have come up to a $1000 bucks. Like, really, 4 times ?? And when I call them to talk about it? They put me on a hold for an hour after which I hung up. It looks like a scam, they literally scam 1 out 100 people maybe. Would never recommend this to anyone. Avoid if you don't want to pay 4 times the cost. read more
