This place is a straight up scam I would've had a better shot if I just showed up to court myself, they talk super confident on the phone saying that they can take care of the ticket no problem then just show up to court and automatically take a guilty plea, they don't try to fight for the ticket because they don't care if you win or lose. And on top of that they'll say that there's a no traffic school and money back guarantee and then they tell you that it's not a thing when they inevitably lose your case. Months later now I owe the court $240 and my license is suspended because these people did absolutely nothing. They won't even give me a refund to help offset the costs. Do not recommend. We were charged $149 for services for a failure to yield for my son. He had a prior ticket and we told them about it. They told us that the most that would happen were that we might have to pay the fine and that the guilty verdict would be set aside and he wouldn't have points. I want to tell you how the court works because you don't need an attorney in Lee County. Several times I witnessed the hearing officer say that he wasn't going to find the defendant not guilty because of the prior history. This was said at the very beginning! So, you might as well just pay the traffic ticket and elect the school or go to court yourself and take our chances, but I couldn't see how a lawyer is really going to get you out of it; nor do I see how they can claim the success rate they do. The officer was allowed to call witnesses that weren't on the crash report or police report but the attorney tried to call witnesses and was told that we were "short on time" and overruled. I wouldn't feel so bad if they charged the $49 advertised fee or if they honored the money back guarantee, but there was a loophole in it. So, I just told my son to chalk it up as a lesson learned and don't get any more tickets! Bottom line, If it's your first ticket, pay the fine and do the school. It's easy and cheaper. Otherwise, go to court yourself and take your chances, you can either ask for a "dismissal" or ask for "adjudication withheld" so you don't have points and then state your case. But you will rarely get off with a full dismissal (I only saw one that morning). read more

MINUS 4 STARS A waste of $1300.00. Took $600.00 to work on one ticket. Called me a week and a half later to tell me that I would have to give them another $700.00 to get a ticket adjudicated. And the case really "looked good". I gave them a deposit. Then on August 7, I paid the balance of $450.00. I waited two weeks and called for progress on my case. I was told " Much to the "Lawyers" surprise, that my case was rejected on August 5th. Two days before I had paid my balance. Then he tells me that he is going to resubmit my case. But, it doesn't look good. Of course I call back two weeks later. No progress. Then two weeks later. I am told that " much to his surprise" the case was rejected again. He told me a month ago that it didn't look good. Now , much to his surprise, it didn't go well. A waste of $1300.00. Never again. They are there to tell you what you want to hear. Mostly used them in Dade/Broward and occasionally Orlando. Cannot recall them ever not providing great results. On the way home with a new vehicle with a temp tag on the car. I am followed by 1 trooper that progressed to 4. Windows are down, not speeding so no idea what the drama was about. Eventually in Lee County of course I get pulled over. They sit around and talk forever. Finally 3 leave and the 1 comes over asking for the the usual. Everything checks out fine and he is not happy. He must find an excuse for the stop. He asks for the tag. I explain that it's a new vehicle and the paper tag is on the car. He claims that he can't read the tag. It was printed lightly so he simply had to LOOK at the tag. Which he refused to do. He walked back and forth next to the car and wouldn't even look over. I had the dealership on the phone that was willing to send any proof or provide any information but of course he wanted none of it. Determined to waste my time. After another forever he comes over with a ticket saying that I had NO tag. Hmmm maybe what I read about Lee County is actually true. Nope it is definitely true because that winner stressed that I had to appear in person. So I guess they get away with these fictional events because people hardly want to drive back to appear in person. Ted Hollander handled my case and apart from a little mishap with the Admin office manager not checking her spam email and cancelling my case without even calling. Mr. Hollander is a rock star. I hired the ticket clinic for an accident I was involved in and the did absolutely nothing. I called them multiple times, three to be exact to talk directly with the attorney representing me and never did get in contact with him. The receptionist seemed like she hated her job and just wanted to stop talking to me. Then when my court date arrived I never ever saw the attorney. To my knowledge he never did show up to my court date but luckily I spoke with the officer that wrote me the ticket and he had my case dismissed. I called and asked for a refund for my retainer and wasn't able to get it back. I wouldn't hire the ticket clinic to represent me in anything ever again. Huge mistake and waste of $140. read more

I've never used(or had to use) Ticket Clinic and I never will again. I received a speeding ticket in Lee County for supposedly going 15 miles over on I-75 . I paid $99.95 for what? I don't exactly know what they did in court because my case was "withheld adjudication. No points were assessed and no conviction will appear on your record. The court has ordered you to pay court costs in the amount of $ 251.00 within 60 days (before Nov 16, 2015 )." My ticket was $251. And "As part of your sentence, the court has ordered you to complete a Four (4) hour driving school Course." What!? Sentence? Sounds to me like they lost then? Should I ask for my money back? Or does their "Money Back Guarantee" not apply to me? Hmmmm Yea...I wanted to cry when I read this, especially after losing my job 2 weeks prior. :( read more
